    I am disappointed as I bought a car and less than a week later a gash opens up in my driver seat and my mirror fell off making my vehicle un driveable. I just dropped my car off at Porsche to correct these issues. I originally gave this transaction a 5 star and am editing my review. I was sold the car AS IS so basically got sold a Jenky car. 10/26 additional edit- Porsche has informed me that my entire windshield needs to be replaced. My car I just bought from this dealership now is costing me 1500 dollars to replace the entire windshield! WOW I am really blown away that this is the type of product that they sell and at a high cost. I did not haggle them once on the price they asked for, and I made the car buying experience an easy one. The finance manager did a few times try to get me to purchase the "extra warranty" and now I see why. He knew darn well that this car had issues and still went right ahead and sold it to me. I feel they should have dropped the price knowing it had some major problems, not sell a car at top dollar causing your customer grief right out the gate. Not cool! We planned on purchasing another car soon, and I surely won't be returning here and dont think you should either. I did send pictures of the cosmetic damages and the rear view mirror falling off before I knew about the entire windshield needing to be replaced. Of course no one replied to me. Truly disappointing to say the least!!! Do better and stop the BS, be straight up about what youre offering and price it accordingly. Im truly sorry I did not believe the 1 star reviews of other people having issues here because I drove an hour from my house to purchase from this dealership. Save your money and go elsewhere. Upon picking my car up 10/3 I also was told the car I bought had an open recall on it. Why not before selling a car take the little extra effort and get this free service fixed! Uncaring and unprofessional

    Shows model 911 does not show 911 C4. Ad shows, "2011 Porsche 911 Carrera 4~ CONVERTIBLE~AUTO~ CLEAN CARFAX~ LOOKS AND RUNS GREAT~ WE OFFER"

    I contacted them twice, letting them know that their ad shows this vehicle is advertised as the more expensive 4 and the photos show it is not. They are continuing to falsely advertise this as a 4.

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in and showed us all the bells and whistles and went on test drive with us. He was also eager to show us the dealership which was AMAZING. There is a restaurant inside the dealership for people waiting for service. Also a real coffee bar, where I was treated to a delicious latte. There is a movie theater with reclining seats. AND there's a separate relaxation room with 2 giant comfortable hydro massage chairs. We definitely took advantage of that and it was 5/5! The overall atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. This dealership, in comparison to the many that I've experienced here in Venice/Englewood/Sarasota area is definitely worth the drive.

When I arrived at the dealership at 8:00 AM, Keith asked whether we wanted to wait for the vehicle. After we said we would come back instead, he told us the service would take about 2 hours. I also received an automated text stating that I could text or call that number at any time for an update. After waiting 3 hours, I texted for a status update and received no response. I then called and spoke to someone who said Keith was not at his desk and would call me back. An hour and a half passed with no call. I called again, now more than 5.5 hours later, and spoke to a different employee who also could not get in touch with Keith. At that point, I told them I was coming to pick up my car in 20 minutes. When my husband and I arrived, Keith was sitting at the front desk with my keys. When I asked what was going on, he said the car had been inspected, lifted, and driven 7 miles, and that no issues were found. He then said he was planning to have his manager drive it next and would let me know afterward. I asked for my keys back and left immediately. Once we got home, I remembered the mileage photo I had taken that morning. The mileage was now 24,337 miles, meaning only 3 miles had been added, which were from my husband and me driving to and from the dealership. The dealership did not drive my car at all, let alone for a 7‑mile test drive. This means Keith clearly lied, both to us and on company records. That is extremely unprofessional and completely destroys trust. Vehicle service depends on honesty and transparency, and this dealership demonstrated neither. We have zero confidence in their service department and will never return or recommend this location.

    Tried to call to make an appointment but was on hold forever (14 minutes) before going on line to…read moretry booking an appointment. I finally succeeded in finding a different advisor and booked an afternoon service( botts were no help). I feel sorry for elderly customers who must feel frustrated trying this process- never dealing with a human. Once at the dealership, situation similar to last time- still under construction but very few people demanding car problems be addressed(afternoon appointment worthwhile); Waiting area still the same; at least the leather chairs are comfortable. Joey took good care of me advising me about the progress the technician was making. Still love the dealership and my car should be good until we return in the fall. I hope the construction is finally completed by then.

    This dealership is not what it use to be...total money grab. I had 3 recalls "service campaigns"…read moreon my 2022 so brought it in as it was due for 15K mile check as well (technically the car is old enough for the 20K mile check). I barely drive the car but was told that despite only driving the car 2K miles since last oil change, because it was a year since the oil change, that I was due for an oil change. I declined even though a coupon was offered. The business model is to get you on all the extras when you bring your vehicle in for routine recommended maintenance. You will be told it is all needed "to keep your car running" but my response to that is why should I have to pay 100s of dollars to keep a 2 year old, $60K car with only 15K miles running? If that's the case I should have just bought a 15 year old beater and then I wouldn't complain if I had to spend money to keep it going. This car also had battery replaced in the first year. Service told me if I don't use the car for at least a month that I need to keep it on a trickle charger....WHAT?!?! Brand new car that has to be on a trickle charger if I don't drive it every 4 weeks at a minimum or unplug the battery....huh. I solved the problem by letting the Lexus app expire so that way the car wasn't constantly trying to connect with the satellite when not in use, draining the battery. Lastly, get that remodel done. That place is a hot mess, confusing, no orderly system, and all you do is wander around a construction site maze trying to find your way to the door. It makes one want to avoid this place at all costs. P.S. never did get my tires rotated, service video showed "they were fine, no need to rotate"....imagine that. But at least I didn't get gouged on all the extras.
