My lone complaint was that we stayed here during renovations. They had appropriately provided signage noting that the laundry and gym facilities were closed due to the rehab work going on, but we still had to pay north of $200 for the stay, even with those amenities not be usable. Sort of thought there would be a "pardon our dust" discount. Oh well. The free breakfast in the morning which started at an impressive 6am was excellent. Staffer had it up and running right on time, and the food area was as clean and tidy as I have ever seen with a great selection of items. All in all, a practical place to stay that will soon be a much nicer version of itself.

I advised him there is no regulating government agency or documents and any government documents he has received in the past were not real. He claims he took some ADA course. The owner became very aggressive and I left. It was a very very bizarre experience. One of the last things he said is he wanted to charge a nightly dog payment. That was actually the bottom line- he obviously just wanted more $$$. Also, he has never taken an ADA course..... as charging for a Service Dog is not allowed. Every time we've come, they've added something new: flooring, window coverings, lamps, art, furniture. It's not fancy but I always have a great night's sleep there. It's the cleanest place we've ever stayed, no matter the price point, even though it's pretty basic. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and pleasant and they work hard to make the place appealing.
