I ordered a Powerpuff Girls cake ice cream sandwich, but I believe there was a misunderstanding, and I was initially given a Powerpuff on a stick instead. When I realized I had received the wrong item, the employee gave my sister the Powerpuff Girls ice cream sandwich that I had originally ordered as well as a few other items. I then politely tried to return the incorrect item, saying, "I'm sorry, I don't want this one." The employee "Patricia" abruptly snatched the ice cream from my hand and threw it on the ground in front of several other customers. She was obviously angry. I was surprised and taken aback by how the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, and I understand that misunderstandings can occur, but I don't feel that this response was appropriate or respectful. I did not know once a customer is given an ice cream sandwich it cannot be used for another customer. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that future customers have a more positive experience. This event happened on 7/2 at a club event in Northeast Ohio. I will keep that club anonymous because I don't feel like the poor decisions and behavior of the ice cream truck staff reflect how the club staff behave or act ever.

They have an ever changing menu with a few mainstays. The menu is very diverse from burgers to tacos to pastas. Anytime I have had their food the service has been quick and courteous. Fresh cut Rosemary Fries are a good side for $3. The real standout for me on the menu is the Chili Dog. We declined as we had to leave but the man graciously went inside and brought us out cold water bottles for our drive home! It was such a thoughtful gesture. Now onto the pizza. It was delicious! We ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and the white Neapolitan style pizza. It wouldn't let me add pineapple to my pizza online, which was fine because it didn't need it, the pizza was so good! My boyfriend loved his pepperoni pizza and I also enjoyed my Neapolitan style white pizza. It had a great garlicky flavor and was crispy on the crust.
