I am more of a talker than a writer, but I will do my best. We have been a customer since spring. My husband randomly said, "we have a new landscaper". I thought to myself, whatever what else is new. I have a small yard but there are many different plants in the front yard which makes it challenging. Every year I am disappointed with past services because no one EVER weeds!!!! Even when I ask they never really work on the front. I came home from the first Dicenzo cleaning and thought WOW..... this looks great!! But still said nothing because just like maid services the first deep cleaning is alway great. Every other week they would come to the house and clean and OMG!!! I contacted TOSL in April for a quote on a special garden and my appointment was missed. They apologized and showed up at the next appointment. We chatted, had a good time, exchanged good ideas. I gave him a drawing of what I wanted done (that was lost and I had to reproduce) and I was told they were very busy, but they would fit me in this year... "promise". Then it was an email out to ask how the quote was coming a month later, and another promise... a few more emails, more promises. Now I don't have my garden that I knew would be beautiful and I no longer have a landscaper that I love. So, if you can get them to do the work, you will be thrilled...

I hired them to install a Blue Stone paver walkway, what a horrible experience. I gave them 1 star…read morebecause there was not a lower mark. Getting the to start the work was a chore and getting them to finish was even worse. I did the legwork for the purchase of the stones and the design work with the stone yard and I had to layout which stones went there for the crew. A few of the stones were chipped and some were stained, the crew left them as they were, I had to buy the stain cleaner and do it myself. The sand was not even in all areas and they filled an asphalt hole the made with sand instead of asphalt as we had agreed. I asked for edging around the walkway at the end of the project because I thought it looked nice, it looked like they used scrap pieces they had around the shop. I had complained about the crew being on the phone and taking long lunches and got a sympathetic ear from the owner but was charged with extra labor time.
