Being from out of town I had no idea where to tow it. Got on Yelp, called Davidson Towing and he answered right away, told me not to worry he'd be there in 20-30 mins. He arrived as promised, got my car on the flatbed and took it back to his shop to be kept overnight. He has a calm and reassuring demeanor which was much appreciated. He took at look at the obvious culprits for my car breaking down and wasn't able to spot anything so he worked the next day to find a solution but wasn't able to. (We took it to Chevy and they couldn't either - something electrical that we hope was just a loose terminal to the battery which was tightened.) Thank you Dustin for rescuing me - much appreciated!

Then convincing me to buy a new engine that they installed. When the car overheated, Dustin gave wrong advice on how to keep the car from overheating. And we are now having to get every seal replaced in the newer engine. Bolts were missing, including all for the motor mount. I am now having to spend that money again to get the engine repaired. On the 5th you picked it up. On 2/7 you recommended wiring the car to have fans in at all times because he couldn't get them to turn on when the temp hits "210" degrees. As far as waiting this long to write a review, I have had it in the shop for a month getting seals placed, and bolts added that were neglected on your part, Dustin. I'm still waiting on the total so expect in the next month an update with a total of how much your inadequacies cost me.

The company took 5 hours to get to the car, never contacted me even though there was a note on the car with my contact information, and the car was across the street from my house. Then they lied about the incident stating that they needed a police report as it "was in an accident" and had pictures of skid marks which is a total lie. They send you vehicle off site for work and when it's not fix properly they want to distance themselves. O had front end damage to my truck and they have done 2 alignments and it's still not right, I totally destroyed a new set of tires in 6 months, because the alignments is off. Now they are refusing to take my truck back. Im a part of USAA and im documenting all of this with statements from mechanics and the place where I get my tires. I goal is to get them removed from the USAA network of repair shops. This shop is not professional and they speak half truths to benefit themselves.

Their dispatcher has been nasty and rude over the phone, and has promised the owner would contact me repeatedly, yet he STILL hasn't. March 12- Vehicle towed. Side skirt on passenger side securely attached prior to the tow, and missing upon arrival as evident by the photos provided by Holy City Towing. March 19th- Email sent to Holy City Towing including photo evidence and request to talk to them about how to recoup these damages. March 20th- friendly phone call to make sure my email was received. Dispatcher informed me that the owner was not going to be in the office until Monday. March 23rd-called Holy City Towing at ~1:30pm asking for the status. Dispatcher said "He's on a call right now, then taking his kids to the dentist, so he may call you tonight, or he will call you tomorrow." March 24th- Called Holy City at ~2pm. Dispatcher immediately caught an attitude and says "He knows about it and is looking into it and he will call you." March 25th- Called Holy City ~2:15pm requesting the tow companies insurance information. The dispatcher then yelled at me that "We don't give out our insurance information for $300!" and she slammed the phone down hanging up. March 25th- I look up their DOT number (DOT 3465624) in FMCSA. According to FMCSA their insurance lapsed on March 7th, and they re operating without insurance. Do not trust this company with your vehicle if you want to avoid going to court over it.
