And I told them todo what they needed to fix my leak on my roof. They said ok, warned me that they are a two week wait period again. Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was. Listened to what we wanted and didn't try to pressure us into spending more or upgrading to something out of our budget. I got 5 quotes, and they were not the lowest, but they were not the highest either (much closer to the lowest than the highest). They were the third company that came out and the first to provide a quote. -Never had to call twice or check in multiple times. Our salesperson, the project manager, billing, and scheduling always returned my call, email, or text in a timely manner. They nearly always had an answer for me, and if not, they found it. We were trying to decide between two colors but we wanted to see them on a house. They were able to track down two houses with each color, which was extremely helpful. -Always available for questions and to help clarify what was being done. We even decided at literally the very last minute to have them install an exterior door we had bought. When they got it framed out and installed they realized it was too warped. I got another door, and it had some hidden issues as well. These guys installed three doors in the same spot and never once seemed irritated or annoyed, and the work was perfect. -They referred to their crew by name. How a company treats their employees and contractors is a huge reflection on how they approach the quality of their company, their work, and how they view their customers. More importantly, people deserve respect, and I feel like they give that to their workers and customers alike. One of the other quotes we got, we were told they basically just get whatever crew who is available, and another essentially spoke negatively about their workers. This was a refreshing change. -The crew themselves. They did fantastic work that you can really tell they take pride in. They kept the area picked up, got a lot of work done in a short time, and we are thrilled with the way it came out. No shortcuts or anything halfway, really above and beyond. -Another person came out to power wash, and another crew for the final painting of the foundation, garage door, etc. Also the same level of professionalism. The paint crew even managed to cover/protect the river rock when painting the foundation, which I just assumed would get some paint on them, and again, everything looks fantastic. I can't think of one thing that someone would take in to consideration for a major project like this that these guys did not meet or exceeded our expectations.

Gutters/downspouts and wrapping the fascia. Subcontractor used: "Exteriors by Westphalen". Job…read moretotal about $1600 and apparently not worth the company paying too much attention to the job. A half inch gap between two joining pieces of facia on one side and on the other the downspout hole was placed a good inch too far inboard resulting in the downspout resting hard against the trim. Note the downspouts are mounted a quarter inch from the house courtesy of the mounting brackets, and that's good, but they put the hole in the gutter for the downspout too close to the side of the house... Meh, pictures are worth a thousand words and yes I took pictures. Don stated the Westphalen guy told him he'd do whatever it took to make me (customer) happy when I showed the problems to him after installation. Long, long story short, the Westphalen guys came out today to fix and 1) Gap still there. 2) They moved the gutter a little but not enough to fix problem of inappropriate gutter/house trim contact. At first, Don at OG & S tried to convince me the downspout placement was "normal", took me 15 minutes to convince him I knew better... Talk about trying to save a buck, customer be dam_ed! When we decide to side this house we will NOT use Omaha Gutter & Siding. Do what you can to see if whatever company you choose uses "Exteriors by Westphalen" and if they do, RUN. Oh, never mind the initial "forgot to call you backs", etc, I tell ya, I will not use these guys again.

Mitch and Taylor (and Jim as well) went above and beyond with their ability to communicate when products would be delivered and the jobs were scheduled to begin and end. Premier used quality workers (siding we had Tony and his brother, and the gutter guy, I didn't even get his name because he completed the entire house while I was at work!). I recall a time as Premier was re-roofing our garage that a piece of the roofing fell off snapping our garage door opener's line. The damage wasn't noticed until around 5pm. Premier had a garage door repairman out the following day to have it fixed. Again, I highly recommend this local business. I will use them again if needed.
