He shows up almost 40 minutes late, no apology, telling me he had me at 1pm. I had called the office 2x and left a voice mail asking where he was as I had a doctor's appt in the city later in the afternoon. No return call. After waiting 35 minutes, I left my home. He calls 5 minutes later telling me he had been there for 10 minutes. I told him please do not lie to me as I was just there and I have a RING camera that would show his time. He was adamant about the time. I sent him a screen shot. Again, NO APOLOGY and NO ownership. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE! He asked if I was still interested and I said yes. He said his office would contact me to reschedule. I waited 4 days and I called the office and set up a new appt. The girl said that the owner had told her to wait to see if I called back to re-schedule? What? Two days later I received an email stating they didn't want to do business with me? So he lies multiple times, he's non responsive and I was giving him another chance? And I guess I am glad I will be moving on to another company. So beware. Honesty and trust are a first, and apparently there is no integrity in this owner. Sad
