The problem with this is he knew when looked at door when he came in that he couldn't help, so I'm upset he used my bathroom and made a mess all while knowing he couldn't help. I explained this to a representative at their company and he didn't care. So I wouldn't use this company or refer anyone to this company. Bad bad experience.

Since I had set the appointment, I permitted him to stay and show me a door worth 10K ( less sale of 30% ). It was a nice door, but far too expensive. Here's the complaint. About 45 minutes to an hour after he opened his tablet he told me that I had been and was being recorded. What? I HAD BEEN SURREPTITIOUSLY RECORDED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. A crime in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Needless to say Eli B. at Graboyes got an earful from yours truly. Gives new meaning to the Latin warning: caveat emptor.

I would 100% recommend anyone or myself if I ever had a key/lock issue…read more I had a unique issue where I bought a padlock online that didn't came with the key to unlock my padlock, but I had the access code that represents for the key. I looked in The Home Depot if they were able to help me, but weren't able to help, due them only able to copies of a key you need to present. So I called Brass Lock & Key with my issue and see if they were able to help and thank god they were able to! The person on the phone was very nice talking to understand the situation I was in and ask they may be able to resolve the issue tomorrow if I came in which I agreed too. Conveniently however, they were able to make the keys with the information I provided earlier and left them out for me to pick up. The told me to come back during their active hours tomorrow if the keys didn't work, but thank god they did! What makes this even better is that they didn't charge for this simple service which really feels like such a public service with the fact it was after-hours. I can't stress enough how much this means for how sincere and they were with me, because my current situation is stressful to explain with how many things are changing and are needing my attention. Yall are amazing, I am so grateful with your service! I can't express it enough!

This was our first project with Lee and Finest Fix…read more I sent out a quote request via Yelp Projects and Lee got back to me on the same day with their rate of $95/hr + materials. I inquired on how long the job would take based on pictures I sent over, and he replied "an hour max, and it will probably be a couple screws and glue" Communication was OK overall. Lee contacted me on a Monday and asked for the address, email and phone number and asked about my availability for the remainder of the week. I didn't receive a response to my reply, so I had to follow up the next day. We were able to get the job scheduled for the same Friday and his team came to complete the project utilizing a lockbox we provided. I didn't receive any updates during the job, which probably would have helped the surprise of the invoice I later received that was $232.35 when I was expecting something closer to $100 based on our first conversation. Lee did promptly reply and let me know that they thought they would hit a stud but since there was nothing, the job was more complicated as they had to create the support. Overall, still a solid experience and I would still consider using Lee and Finest Fix in the future.

About 4-6 weeks later, Blake contacted me and scheduled for installation. Robert and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. I had a total of 11 windows installed on the first floor of my property in Nov 2023. They completed the job in 1 and half days. It could have been done in one day but the sunset in November didn't allow. Some of the pictures of the completed job are shown below. I don't have the before pictures but trust me, there's a huge difference. I will have them come back to complete the second floor in the first quarter of 2024. Thank you!!
