I was told they could have somebody at my house Tuesday or Wednesday. Only to find out through a phone call that they would send someone to my house Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock. The service man showed up on time and then one and a half hours my air-conditioning unit was running perfect communication perfect timing and perfectly executed. What more can a customer ask for. And by the way, I have been a customer of Harwich Port Heating And Cooling for 16 years. It just happens. I found another HVAC company that I can rely on.
