I decided to have them do our t-shirts and if they were not satisfactory, we would not use them for future projects. I spoke with Tom and he was very professional. He was able to work with me on the font, logo, color of shirts and the various sizes for 38+ 1 doggy shirt I requested. Unfortunately, due to the short notice I gave Tom, his vendors were unable to ship the doggy shirt I needed, but Tom made the effort to reach out to various vendors; that speaks volumes of his work ethic. As for the t-shirts, they were exactly as I ordered; the sizes were correct, the fabric was soft and of good quality at an affordable price. They looked professional, not cheap. See Mammoth Lakes group picture. But wait, it gets better. A week later, at 3:00pm on the day of the NWA movie release, my sister called me to ask if "my t-shirt guy" sold NWA shirts. I told her I didn't know, but I would send her his number. Lo and behold, Tom had NWA t-shirts printed and ready to be picked-up at 5:00pm! Is that incredible customer service or what???!!! My sister and her friends were so impressed, they will be ordering all their custom t-shirts at Theory Printing. See NWA t-shirt pictures. They do so much more than printing t-shirts. Well that was hugely disappointing. I'm not one to leave reviews but WOW!!! Sent over a Small,…read moresimple job that should have been a slam dunk. NOPE!!! Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.

The shop stocks and supplies uniforms for numerous local schools and you this is the ONLY place to get the required uniforms. Well, I did get a bag of uniform stuff from the mom of one of the friends. So, I guess that counts. So, my first visit I had two things on my mind; 1) I want to meet the "arrogant" person and see how bad customer service is that was mentioned in only a couple of reviews; and 2) I was ready to get gouged with rip-off prices 'cause this is the only game in town..other than the friend's mom. 1) I did not meet anyone arrogant. The person I met was super helpful and patient. I get it..wait until the mad rush of school starting and having to deal with so many parents could make anyone a bit short...but on my visit, I only had good customer service and a good experience. 2) Prices- Wow..you mean my kid must wear a uniform every day? No dealing with brand name shoes and the short lived passing trends that change month to month and only result in a skinny wallet for me? This may actually be a money ($$$) saver. So we try stuff on and then I bluntly ask for the price. What? Excuse me what did you say? I heard prices like $15, $20 and everything was around that price range. The parka is nice and a little more but I wont need that for another 6 months or so. So, I am a fan. Prices are great (4 Stars) and Customer Service was good (4 Stars).
