I highly recommend this company Samad the owner was respectful honest and on time , we had great communication text wise and in person. He fully answered all my questions and concerns. I have a koi pond near my pavers and he took that into great consideration to keep my fish safe . After he cleaned them and sealed them there were a couple of spots that he was not happy with so ( I didn't notice) he added a bit more product to his satisfaction. I have to be honest my patio pavers this season will be 3 years old and after he just only cleaned them I then remembered ohh yea!!! Pristine Powerwashing gave me a quote and set a date. I assumed once he had my address he would either come by or via satellite be able to judge the size of my home. He was to also "clean" the gutters. Later when my husband got home and checked out the job we found missed areas and an actual branch still hanging out of the gutter. Upon notifying Bob of our dissatisfaction he informed me that my house is three levels as oppose to two (I didn't know basements count) and defensively stated he never mentioned using a ladder although the original work write up stated "if ladder needed".
