Her work was phenomenal and I wanted the same type of results and him and his team delivered exactly that. The consultation was done over the phone where Dr. Corey talked about my preferences and he discussed what he think might be best for me based on the information I gave him. I was very open minded with what I wanted and I made sure to mention the most important things to me; upper pole fullness and closing my cleavage was my top priority and I was flexible in the sizing in order for those two priorities to be fulfilled. He recognized off the bat from the photos I sent that I had some unevenness between the girlies and made sure to even them out during the final sizing. He was on point with the final sizing and profile. Throughout the call he was extremely EASY to talk to; literally felt like speaking to a friend. Never once did I feel like the choice wasn't my own nor did I ever feel like he was trying to steer me away from my choices. Many of my friends had experiences where other doctors were trying to convince them a different profile or a bigger/smaller size (a big reason why i didn't go to other well known doctors in philadelphia and went all the way here instead). Surgery is a very high commitment and it can be uncomfortable when your doctor doesn't really respect what you want, but this WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL WITH HIM! He was super informative, very respectful, and even funny lol. Despite coming from such a long way, the process was very smooth and they communicated with me how to estimate which sizes I would like best through a process called the "rice test". Even though I was weary at first, i can say the rice test is pretty accurate now that I am post op! It helped me picked the perfect size that wasn't too big for me but still noticeable. He is amazing and well versed at his job because he was able to suggest a couple sizes for me that I probably never would have picked myself, but it ended up being exactly what I wanted after i tried those sizes during the rice test. He considered my rib cage width, my goals and was realistic. I was weary about sizing and profile types bc I didn't want to look like the letter "P" and he did amazing at suggesting the size and profile. We quickly agreed on medium and 405cc L/445cc R to balance out my unevenness. His team was very communicative and even accommodated my request for an earlier surgery date when unexpected circumstances came up and I could no longer do my original surgery date. This team made me feel so comfortable and reassured me very thoroughly, even after I expressed that I was quite nervous as I have never had a procedure done before. I was literally a mess the night before because i was so nervous but looking back it feels soooo silly bc they took care of me so flawlessly. I literally came into the surgery center scared as heck but woke up painlessly with beautiful boobies LOL. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, the doctor, everyone was so friendly and made me feel more at ease before we got started. Even the recovery process wasn't too bad, Dr. Corey outlined what to expect for the next week and he was spot on. I followed his instructions and so far have no complications a week later (but I am a post op nurse, so I may be a little more familiar with post op care than others). Make sure to follow post op care instructions his team provides in order to prevent complications and unwanted results! Once again, Dr. John J Corey is extremely comfortable to speak to and I had an AMAZING experience. I got a bilateral Transaxillary breast augmentation and i love it to much! The armpit approach gave me no visible scars and anyone I've shown so far has been super impressed! My friends have gotten it under the breast and sometimes the scarring can be dark for women of color (I am asian) so I really appreciate that he recommended this approach to me. Ask more about this approach and whether if it's a good fit for you because it is amazing. The aftercare for this site is less tedious too! I cannot recommend this doctor and his team enough! Thank you so much for giving me confidence and being so welcoming :) I cannot wait to see my final results within the next couple months and hope to be in AZ again one day to show you my results in person. Good luck with every future patient!

At the time, I was an uneducated teenager who didn't research surgeons. I ended up with implants that were too large and that I hated almost immediately. After 21 years, two children, and ongoing physical discomfort from the weight of the implants, I was ready to explant. Explant can be intimidating, as you're unsure about how much tissue you'll have left or what the results will be. For me, the added complexity of skin grafts and asymmetry made it even more daunting. I knew I needed to find the best surgeon possible to ensure I was happy with my results and that this would be my last breast surgery. I spent years researching surgeons, and although I always knew Dr. Robert Cohen was my top choice, I consulted with a few others. One surgeon warned that my skin grafts could result in severe asymmetry, and that the graft could even die. In contrast, Dr. Cohen's consultation was reassuring. He simply asked if my grafts were soft and pliable, and when I confirmed, he confidently stated that he could achieve the results I desired. His expertise and confidence gave me complete trust in my decision. Choosing Dr. Cohen was easy. I had followed his work for years and knew he was highly skilled, with a consistent track record of excellent outcomes. I trusted him to deliver the best results, and choosing him eliminated any stress or worry I had about my aesthetic outcome. Dr. Cohen was professional, confident, and direct. Two months before surgery, he drained my saline implants in a quick, painless procedure that gave me time to adjust to a smaller chest and get excited for the breast lift. Immediately after surgery, I was thrilled with the results. My breasts were round, perky, and natural-looking, with well-placed incisions that blended seamlessly with the curves of my body. Recovery was smooth, with minimal pain and no drains (unlike most explant patients). I had no complications, minimal bruising, and received excellent care and follow up from the nurses. The anesthesiologist, also Dr. Cohen, took the time to reassure me before surgery, which made me feel much more at ease. I'm grateful for his kindness. Dr. Cohen's staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way (special thanks to Laura). I feel lighter, look thinner, and my clothes fit better than ever. My breasts are fuller and more beautiful than I imagined--several friends have even commented that they look like smaller implants. Dr. Cohen is truly an artist, and I'm beyond happy with my results. My husband agrees, saying it was "money well spent!" Choose Dr. Cohen--you won't be disappointed.

Based on my personal journey, I cannot recommend undergoing plastic surgery with Dr. Michelle. Years ago, I underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Michelle and was initially satisfied with the results. However, in 2022, I returned for a breast reduction and, prior to surgery, inquired about a small amount of liposuction specifically for my knees. Unfortunately, the outcome was devastating. As the pictures show, significant fat was removed from my legs--far beyond what I requested--while the area I was concerned about (my knees) received minimal attention. This procedure has left me deeply TRAUMATIZED with my appearance, and I feel my body has been irreversibly altered. When I raised my concerns with Dr. Michelle, her solution was to offer a revision surgery at a significantly reduced cost (operating only), which I feel does not fully address or take accountability for the initial outcome or would I ever go back to someone who botched my body I hope my experience can help others make informed decisions about their choices and learn from my mistakes. Butchered and In Debt: A 3-Month Nightmare and for the rest of my life. …read more I am writing this as a social worker and therapist to warn others. It took me a year to choose this surgeon and follow through with it, I thiught about trusting him for a year, and it has been the biggest mistake of my life. I went in for a deep plane face and neck lift. Against my better judgment, I allowed the surgeon to talk me into an eye lift and fat injections under my eyes--a procedure I was petrified of and had literal nightmares about. Three months later, I have been butchered. The Eyes: My left eye remains severely swollen and has not changed in two months. There is a deep, "black" discoloration under my eyes that $200 concealer cannot hide. I am forced to wear glasses 24/7 just to look my clients in the face because the results are so disturbing. Nerve Damage: My smile, which was my best feature, is completely gone. I have obvious nerve damage that has distorted my mouth. The way I talk, speech, and smile..yiu can tell I have the nerve damage by just talking to me...devastating. I could have accepted that on its own but my God..I was butchered. Visible Scarring: While one side is hidden (the side that i part my hair on so it would have been hidden anyways!!!), the other incision was made past my hairline and is completely visible. I also have a quarter-sized protrusion on my temple that looks like a massive cyst. Poor Results: For a "deep plane" lift, I still have 2-3 ripples of extra skin on my face and zero improvement in my neck. I took out a $14,000 loan for these produces plus 25k....no joke..39k!!! And I got butchered!! I have been quoted 20,000$- $30,000 by other professionals. This surgeon took my money, ignored my documented fears about fat transfer, and left me with results that I have to live with every day in my professional and personal life. If you are considering this surgeon: take your money and run. No one should have to pay this much money to end up looking and feeling like this. BIGGEST MISTAKR OF MY LIFE and I am in recovery... that should say a lot!!! Stephanie Hunter...I really sont want anyone elsenyo get butchered. He called me that morning and asked if I could come in early. It 100000$ looks like he hurried fast as could be to get out of there and him doing that has distorted me .....please dont!!!!

As I lie here recovering from my second brow lift in just two years, I feel compelled to finally…read morewrite the review I've put off for far too long. In April 2024, I underwent a bilateral brow lift, a periorbital fat injection, and a lip lift performed by Dr. Anthony Admire in Scottsdale. The total cost of my surgery was $16,850. To be fair, the periorbital fat injection lasted less than a month. I knew beforehand that fat grafting can be unpredictable, so although I was disappointed, I accepted that possibility and did not fault Dr. Admire for it. What I cannot accept is how I was treated afterward. During one of my first postoperative visits, I expressed concerns about my brow lift. Rather than listening or examining my concerns thoughtfully, Dr. Admire dismissed me by telling me, "You look in the mirror too much." He instructed me to come back at the one-year mark. When I returned a year later, I mentioned that I had received Botox. His reaction was shocking. He threw his arms into the air, paced around the room, and repeatedly said, "That's what happened. That's what caused it." This explanation made little sense to me, as Botox relaxes the muscles and is commonly used to help maintain cosmetic results--not cause the brows to suddenly fail. Instead of having a professional discussion about why my results had deteriorated so quickly, I felt blamed and dismissed. Over the next year, my disappointment only grew. Brow lifts are generally expected to last many years, often five to ten depending on the patient and technique. Mine failed in approximately two years, leaving me needing another brow lift far sooner than I ever anticipated. At the two-year mark, I called the office simply to ask how long a brow lift is generally expected to last. I was told Dr. Admire was in surgery and would return my call later that day. He never did. That unanswered phone call became symbolic of my entire experience. My greatest disappointment isn't only the surgical outcome. Cosmetic surgery carries risks, and no surgeon can guarantee perfection. What patients should be able to expect, however, is honesty, accountability, compassion, and respect when concerns arise. Instead, I experienced dismissiveness, defensiveness, and a lack of empathy. I never felt that my concerns were genuinely heard or taken seriously. I have since undergone a second brow lift with another surgeon. The difference in communication, professionalism, and patient care has been remarkable, and it has reinforced just how poorly I was treated during my experience with Dr. Admire. I delayed writing this review for two years because I wanted to be certain my emotions were not speaking louder than the facts. Unfortunately, time has only confirmed my feelings. I hope anyone considering cosmetic surgery understands that choosing a surgeon involves far more than before-and-after photographs or online ratings. Technical skill matters, but so do character, accountability, compassion, and how a physician responds when a patient is unhappy. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Anthony Admire.
