While it was a tad chewier than a typical donut, it was missing the density of a good mochi texture. The frosting was also very sweet and applied thickly. The drawing was cute and well executed though. *Maple Bar: well executed classic. The dough was fluffy and the glaze had a smokey, fragrant maple quality. This was airy and not oily in the slightest. *Glazed Donut: similarly pillowy softness covered in a simple, sweet glaze. Good yeastiness. *Green Thai Tea: good but a bit heavy with the milk and sugar. I would have liked a greater ratio of tea as it was brewed well but it got covered up by the milk. My biggest complaint was the way the donuts were packed as it caused the glaze to stick to the box. Otherwise, this was a really clean and tasty donut shop.
