Hoggtowne Music is a locally owned and operated music store here in Gainesville where they not only provide repair services but also carry instruments, rent equipment, and have music lessons in multiple rooms in the building. While their selection of instruments is not huge like you can find in bigger stores, the staff are knowledgeable and they were able to perform the repairs on my guitar without any issues and at a reasonable cost. He came back and said it didn't and that the cymbals were missing. I told him that this was false advertising and he said, "It's really not, I mean it's on Clearance." I told him if it doesn't have all the pieces the listing should mention that and I pointed out the cymbal reference (CYM)and that it mentions being a complete set. He responded, "It's Clearance so what do you want me to do, make one for you? I don't know what to tell you." Needless to say it was a very classy experience and I will likely not be buying from here. It's one thing to list a product improperly and not include a notice of missing parts. It's even worse to have an employee defend it nonchalantly.
