Unfortunately,porch roof has leaked from the beginning. I was told it was because of issues with my…read morehouse roof and then was referred to a contractor who rebuilt my chimney for $3k. It still leaked. I had another person make roof repairs for another $900. It still leaked. I finally had a roofing specialist come and confirm that DJ placed an inadequate silicone seal over a repaired spot and their seal failed. I now have to pay another $1k to have that repaired which should have been done from the beginning.
