Plus we felt comfortable after meeting him about the plan and the quality of the materials/work. It took about two weeks after signing up to get the planks ordered/delivered, and then set a time to do the installation. A two-man crew showed up around 8:30 a.m., gave me some updates along the way to show what was happening (and ask some important questions I hadn't considered, like which way the new planks should run), and they finished installing the flooring and the quarterround by about 11:30 a.m. Everything looks great, and we are very happy.
