They ended up being delayed due to Covid but this possibility was communicated to us during the initial consultation, so we were not surprised. Cody Harper was our installer. He did an excellent job. Showed up on time, left the home in great shape, took old blinds to be disposed of. I'm not very tech so he downloaded the app to my cell and set up a few scenes and walked me through the automation/scheduling process. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

I was disappointed but agreed to mount on the wood window molding, losing that framed window look. Josh the installer assumed it was mounted on the inside metal and proceeded to mount it that way. It looked great except it was now 2" too long and 4" too wide. I agreed that Josh could take it off and mount on the molding since that was our original plan. I just wish Nichole had a better understanding of her products and installation.

However, I am very disappointed with the final transaction. I provided the exact dimensions and diagram of my wall, relying on the store's expertise to calculate the order. Unfortunately, I was oversold by a full double roll. Since I'm now being told after-the-fact that the paper is non-returnable due to a timing issue that was caused by the store incorrectly ordering the chosen SKU and delaying my installation while a 2nd corrected order was entered, I am stuck with $154 worth of unused product. While I love the wallpaper itself, I feel let down by both the over-calculation and the store's previously undisclosed-to-me policy to accept back the special order product caused by their own errors. I'd recommend the store for their variety, but I suggest double-checking the store's recommended measurements before ordering.
