Long story but let's just say there was immediate need to get in the house!!! (No, it's not what you think). Called Seth Green, the owner who said he could be there within 45 minutes. And he was! He started his magic right away and resolved the issue by drilling out a lock, replacing with a new cylinder keyed to existing key, and cleaned up the mess. It was a pleasure to talk with him as he worked. Such a nice, honest, and fair guy! For an emergency call on a Sunday I was expecting a very high price. I was shocked how reasonable he was.
