I would not recommend this company. We ordered a job through Lowe's and this company was assigned…read moreto be our installer. They did a fine job on the window replacements but installed our sliding screen door so badly we can't use it. After almost a year of back and forthing via Lowe's and Halleluyah, Halleluyah finally came out to look at the door. The owner of the company came out himself and got right on it. He tested it and saw that it was installed incorrectly. And doing what any honorable owner of a company would do for a customer that's been strung along--he said he'd be back in FIVE WEEKS to fix it, because that was when it was convenient for him. He told me that was fair. He basically mangled the door during his inspection so we had to order another door, which we did through Lowe's. We arranged a time and date for the job to be finally completed, a whopping 14 months after this ordeal began. But lo and behold, we got a phone message from Halleluyah that said Lowe's lost our door so they weren't coming. That was it. There was no other info on the message--no apologies, no offer to work with Lowe's to find the door, no follow on appointment, no offer to please call to figure out next step, nada. Not their problem anymore, I guess. It clearly reflects the company's complete indifference to customer satisfaction. We asked Lowe's for a different installer to complete the job. Lowe's manager for windows and doors explained to us that they have had problems with Halleluyah's performance because they had so many incomplete jobs, ours included. Lowe's temporarily suspended their subcontract relationship with Halleluyah. But unfortunately, Lowe's policy is that it won't reassign installers once they assigned one. So we were stuck with this company who continues to play "catch me if you can." With this prolonged frustration lasting for over 15 months now, we have given up on Halleluyah. Good riddance and hallelujah!!

This is a two part story regarding the one star. Part one,…read morethey did a floor coating for our upper front deck that began to bubble immediately after it dried. They came back to "repair" but same thing happened again. I called multiple times to have them come back with the final communication being "let me do some research and get back to you on that." Guess who didn't call back? You guessed it. At that point I gave up and resolved to have a couple bubbles, not worth my time or effort. This was well over a year ago. Part two is the current issue. My next door neighbor (who is great) hires them to put a new roof on their home. My neighbor makes sure they clean up the debris that continues to fall in my yard as will do when one rips off an old roof and installs a new one, which they did. So far so good. Then I noticed they had damaged one of the screens to our back patio which would require replacing. I sent a pic to my neighbor and he contacted them right away as they also knocked one of our security cameras off on the same side. Of course the foreman was super apologetic and assured him they would repair. My neighbor then offered to pay for the camera and deduct it from his bill, to which the foreman said yes that works. As for the screen they would take care of that themselves. Guess who still has a ripped screen THREE WEEKS later. After multiple calls and being told, the screen is special order due to size but it's coming, oh he is on his way, oh he had an emergency, oh it's raining, oh he got caught up on another job as well as few other no shows I offered to call myself, which I did. I left a message for the foreman and then called the main office directly. Spoke to a lovely woman who assured me I'd get a call on Monday..she stated that it was the first she was hearing if it but it would definitely get taken care of...guess who didn't get a call? Guess what day it is, not Monday anymore. Guess who stopped answering my neighbors calls? If you guess Your Total Exterior Pros you would be spot on! I find this business to be severely lacking in integrity and follow through, it's too bad too because my neighbors roof does look great...we shall see. If you want a company that truly stands behind their work I would go elsewhere.
