And we wanted to avoid having to get on a ladder to swap out AA batteries. Draped in Style came up with an elegant solution that met our needs to a "T." Our salesperson, Jennifer, gave us any number of options, and we went with Roman shades of the same style and motorized as well. The shades arrived quicker than we expected. Because of a problem at the factory (where HD sent us components that obviously did not go together, but no one at that end caught it), our installer worked with Jennifer and us to resolve the issue and install our shades to our complete satisfaction (AND FOR LESS THAN WE PAID TEN YEARS AGO!--how often does that happen?). However, after this I could never get an estimate from her. I called and texted many times, only to be told I would have it shortly along with apologies. After waiting over a month I finally gave up and ended up going with Spindle Top Draperies (Joyce) and receive excellent service from them. Update: I have updated my review more favorably after the owner called me and I received a written apology from the sales associate.
