I called them and one of the came back out claiming he taped and caulked. The tape did not stop the leak. Update: After leaving them a bad review Scott came out and take a look they examined the leaky window and flew a drone over the roof. They said the problem is on the roof, but made promises to help me find someone to get it fixed. That last part never happened. Another update: ok so we've done a lot of back and forth with this but Scott helped me identify the source of the leak. I was the primary contact for all moving issues. We used a different company (not Clean Slate) to move from her old house TO the storage unit. They were "decent" but I felt a little used and abused by their add on charges after the fact. I started looking for a different mover when it was time to move from the storage unit to the new home. All communications were via text. Clean Slate did meet another movers price and since they had so many 5 star reviews, I decided to go with them. There was one problem, they showed up an hour late. I considered giving them 4 stars due to showing up late, but that issue was offset by the quality of the two young men that did our move. Both guys were respectful and took good care of our possessions. They worked non stop for 4 hours. They even let this old man talk their ears off! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
