Our house is ~120 years old, and we've worked with many contractors over the years while renovating and updating. True Crew has been hands down our best experience. They were attentive to our needs, and helped guide us to wonderful new windows and front door for our house. Their communication was top notch, and when they said they were going to do something, they did it. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they didn't use the same high-pressure or gimmicky tactics that other companies used. The guys who handled the installation were friendly, prompt, and took extra care to ensure every window and the front door were properly installed. First, the initial estimate was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but they worked with me to bring it within my budget and I still got everything I needed and nearly everything I wanted. Once the project started. I was kept informed daily of progress for that day and expected progress for the next day. The end result was amazing and I am extremely pleased. They warranty their work and the products they use so when I had an issue with one of the shower doors, I sent an email stating the issue. I received a reply from one of the owners and a text from the project manager within an hour saying they would take care of it. The project manager was sick the day of the email but came out the next morning and fixed the problem. All within 24 hrs of my email! No questions asked! They just took cared the problem asap!
