While that may be true, the quality and price point do not align. The custom floor length drapes were $600 a piece. My Roman shade above my sink was $500. It was installed the incorrect length and not quality checked before their departure. I later pulled the blind down and it was too short. A new one was installed after I reached back out, however it took around a year. It was a shady experience for me. I've paid $3,600 in total to this company!

The owner did not bring shoe covers with him, so when I asked him to remove his shoes, he was offended. He then told me that he could only guarantee my shades until a newer model comes out. What? The icing on the cake was when he literally told me he "didn't like my attitude" when I calmly expressed my confusion and dissatisfaction. I have always had Hunter Douglas in my previous homes and have never experienced such rude customer service. It would be better to save your money and go to Lowes than to get ripped off by these angry people.

He returned to complete the project, but left after an hour, as he didn't finish a deadbolt installation and installed the second dead bolt and door handles, then left early because a tornado warning was issued that afternoon and evening. Kris said he'd return to finish the job Saturday or Sunday, but didn't. So, Kris walked off with my money and left without finishing the work he was paid to do. He offered to return the following weekend. I text: Will you be able to finish the work? No reply ... and the blinds, the deadbolt nor the door knobs are still sitting on my table. He took my cash, said he'd be back - and didn't. A hard lesson. Do not to trust this guy! He'll take your money and leave his work unfinished.

However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely.

Honestly I was surprised at the quotes as I expected them to try to take me to the cleaners as most of the contractors I have dealt with out here were super pricey. Change out a light switch plate? Sure, for twenty bucks. Here's the kicker though, and what sets them apart from the rest; I live in AZ. Giving contractors access to a house unsupervised can make the most trustworthy person think twice. I have cameras set up throughout my house though, and every day they were there early in the morning, doing the work without needing to be supervised. Every night they cleaned up after themselves and locked up and not once did I catch any of their guys in the master bedroom trying on the wife's lingerie when nobody was looking. Nadja stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and never got annoyed at my repeated questions, or 'suggestions' no matter how stupid they were. Hometown Handyman rocks to say the least. We did not want to have our bathroom incomplete for that long so felt we had no choice but to accept this color that we did not choose. They did give us a whopping $300.00 off. Mind you, they would have had to spend a LOT more to replace it. The install took over a week! We already had a second bathroom that liberty was supposed to do. When they "completed" it, we found out that they did not include a topper for the shower on this install although they had on the first shower. Of course they could order one for us for yet more money, unfortunately we didn't feel like we had a choice if we wanted it to look right. Although a third of the size this install also took over a week. I had 2 friends who have been over & wanted to get their bathrooms redone. I have told them to go with ANYONE other than liberty. Jacuzzi was maybe a thousand dollars higher, and I really wish we had gone with them or anyone else. Also, the person they have answering the phone (Brenda) is not of any help. She is JUST there to take your money & your calls. She has no helpful information on your install.

I live alone and kitchen does not get that much use.There is no way the calk should look like this already.They make up one excuse after another and do not stand behind their work.I will post on FB and tell everyone I know how lousy they treat customers even when it was their own fault for not using correct calk.My old kitchen did not look this bad. UPDATE! - Kitchenland reached out to me and are going to replace the calk, the contractor had hired someone outside of Kitchenland for part of the job which included the calking which they knew nothing about. Kitchenland is an upstanding good company and came to the rescue.Thanks so very much!
