The HVAC techs Chris, Bear, Mike and Christian are first class, well trained technicians. They did a good job in 3 days and the owner Keith even stopped by the job to help clean up the old unit and ductwork. The negative - the job was quoted at an agreed price in December 2023, a $5000 deposit was given and the work began in February. They took final payment of $14,000 on my credit card without asking and before the job was completed. Then they sent a final invoice to justify the 8% charge over the agreed upon quote amount. Good workmanship, watch the accounting.

The bad news it that I was charged $1000 for labor and freon to install and recharge the new coil. The bill I received did not adequately summarize all the charges that added up to that $1000 charge. Interesting that they came up with a nice round figure like $1000, isn't it? Visit #2: They installed several ac units in my house and one had a poorly designed drain pipe that kept getting clogged. One of Keith's repairmen redid that drain pipe so it would drain better. After a few months I noticed stains on the ceiling and went up into the attic to see what the problem was. I was amazed to find out that the sections of new drain pipe had not been cemented together! Consequently, the pipes had loosened up and were leaking.
