Danny Miller requires a payment of $139. 10 for an estimate of plumbing work. After they came to my home, I provided them a check on Feb 4, 2022 which they promptly cashed the next week. As of March 9, 2022...I still don't have an estimate. The four times I called to remind them of our agreement, the ladies stated, "Mr. Miller is very busy and we have to ask him a few more questions to give you a quote." This company is taking advantage of people with no regret. I'm sure it's related to the consumer demand for plumbing so they feel it's ok to be a crook. If you are reading this review, Danny Miller Plumbing has not provided me a refund. This is no way to treat people, and military veterans. read more

If I could post "zero" stars I would. When I called Danny Miller plumbing, the first statement from the lady on the phone was that they charge $150 plus tax per hour and that one hour minimum would be applied to any "look see" visit that their staff would make. I asked if that would be deducted from the eventual cost of the work. She said no. We made an appointment for the following Tuesday (5/24/23). She couldn't say whether it would be in the morning or afternoon, so I'd have to be available all day. She said the plumber would phone me 30 minutes before he came. I waited all day. No phone call, no plumber. And I've still heard nothing. I can understand how an extra long job before mine could delay or even postpone my appointment. But to just ignore me altogether without a phone call from the plumber or the dispatcher is not only rude but grossly selfish. When a company completely ignores a commitment with zero follow-up, you can be sure that their work is going to be of the same quality: terrible. I not only would not use them, but I will be sure to spread the word about their total irresponsibility. They have caused me to waste valuable time which I cannot recoup. Parenthetically, I've noticed a similar attitude among Gulf Coast plumbers. It's as if when they get their licenses they're instructed to be sure to provide shoddy service. I'm wondering if the Miss. State licensing board is aware of the irresponsible and negligent service that's provided by their licensees? I'll send them a letter to find out. read more

Our toilet in our bathroom off our bedroom started leaking. I called Danny Miller Plumbing and they came out that afternoon and fixed everything that was wrong. Unfortunately my last review was taken down because it was considered not a 'true service review'. I was lauding Danny Miller Plumbing for supporting the LGBTQA+ community by running Ads on Grinder, the Gay Men's Dating App. So in light of my review being taken down, I will give this Company a candid and honest review. Several years ago I had a leak in the slab of my house which damaged the floors throughout my house. Danny Miller himself responded promptly. He then sent his Techs to diagnose the leak(s) and repair it. The Techs we're prompt, courteous and did an excellent job by re-routing my water main. They even had to call in a specialist from Pensacola to locate the leak. When they finished, Danny Miller himself turned into Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde demanding payment of the $3,000+ bill immediately even though I had an approximately 5-7 year business relationship with him. He knew it was a Homeowners Insurance claim from the start. Never the less he harassed be for payment constantly. As soon as I received the check from my Insurance company I paid him in full. Lesson learned: his Techs are great but Mr Miller is a nasty. nasty man when it comes to customer relations. It's time that the residents of Gulfport knock him off his 'big duck, little pond throne' and use other highly qualified, more pleasant plumbers in the area! LGBTQA+ community, you can call Danny Miller Plumbing for your next plumbing problem and ask for a 'gay' Tech but I certainly never will again! Very disappointed in Danny Miller Plumbing. My elderly mother needs the drain for the kitchen sink snaked, which requires getting on the roof to snake the drain, something that is well outside of my capabilities and is something Danny Miller Plumbing has done before. Appointment was set for Tuesday with no specified time, but I called the day before to see if I could get a sense of what Tuesday's workday was looking like. I was told there was 2 or 3 calls ahead of mine. I called about 1pm on Tuesday because I hadn't heard from anyone. I was told they were working on the second call and ours would be the next one. I never got a call and no one ever showed up, so my mom is still not able to use her kitchen sink. I won't use Danny Miller Plumbing ever again. Comms are severely lacking! read more

I had problems with my gas service after hurricane cleanup. They came out and did the repairs. But when gas company came the gas could not be turned on due to shoddy work. I now have to wait six days for them to come back. During which I a single older woman with 2 small dogs are supposed to stay in house with no heat during freezing temps. Also they called on Thanksgiving to tell me this. Definitely look elsewhere for a.company that cares about customers read more

I've used Danny Miller's plumbing in the past on a couple of occasions. Recently I had the opportunity to call them for a broken faucet but I was told that now they charge for drive time. I found this really hard to believe .Since I live in Waveland and the plumber would be coming from Biloxi or Gulfport at their last job, I Considered the additional charges to be too much. 2 guys showed up. They moved slow. They did not know what they were doing. They needed me to print instructions, and my printer jammed. They charged for all that time To put a shower head and to connect a handshower, they charged $ 422 Classic cons, if you are not watching over them. Do not leave them unattended. Had a busted water line at the slab. After talking with Danny, decided to repipe the entire house with pex. Had 3 guys show up; Justin, Johnny, and Jeremy. Hope I got their names right. They were very professional. Worked their tails off all day. They stopped long enough to eat lunch and they were back to work. I was extremely happy. Would recommend, and would use again. read more

We called Danny Miller a year ago to fix our hard to turn faucet on our roman tub. They broke the faucet and told me to buy a new one. They charged me $200.00 to break the faucet and disconnect the lines so they would not flood the house. I have not been able to use by tub since. If you want it done right, the first time, Call Danny Miller's Service Plumbing. The Staff and employees at Danny Miller Service are great. I have had small repairs all the way through an entire house re-plumbed from the water meter to the faucets. After a recent water heater install, I contacted Danny Miller about its performance. He sent a technician to investigate. They determined our water heater had a manufacturing defect, so they replaced it the same day, at no cost to us. Have used Danny Miller Plumbing before, service was pretty good. Set up an appointment 5 days in advance to have a new toilet and sink installed. The morning scheduled I was told it would be after lunch, so I wasted my morning. At 12:30 I was called to reschedule, they couldn't make it that day. 8 hours of annual leave thrown away. read more
