Best detail for the price. i read the other reviews and I believe people do not understand this is an interior vacuum and wipe down. An actual full detail cost a couple hundred dollars. For the price they do a great job. Staff is always pleasant at all locations. read more

Great service. The employees working are always very polite and do a great job. No idea why they have such low reviews on yelp. I'm from the south and was used to really high quality car washes. I paid $12 for an Ultimate car wash with tire shine and only half if the truck ended up being washed. I could have paid $6 up the street and got a better wash. They speed you through and give a crappy wash. Their employees take no pride in their jobs or do the business any favors to promote it. I even gave them a $5 tip. I will never go back. Cant imagine what their oil changes are like. read more

Last week my Cadillac went through the car was a couple of cars behind a large truck with mud. Unfortunately the car was left scratches down the side of my Cadillac. I took the car to for an estimate at Al Serra where they agreed the scratches were fresh and consistent with what they have seen from Scrub A Dub in the past. After submitting the claim the car wash has sent what looks like a form letter denying the claim. This is very disappointing they have taken no responsibility, as the scratches were not there prior to the car wash. I will continue to pursue this with the better business bureau and any other avenue available, including small claims court if necessary. read more

Scrub a dud is more like it. I would rather stick a pencil in my ear. I would rather lay down on a bed of nails. I'd rather date a woman that cheated on me...than go to this rip off of a place. Grand blanc is a pathetic town. A town of high $ and low quality and this "Scrub a Dud" place is right in line. I spent 30$ to have my car cleaned inside and out. What a pathetic place. Have to clean my car after. They don't vacuum seats or wipe down doors or touch anything but the floors. And they do a terrible job of that. What a rip off and a bunch of dummy's. I went there this afternoon and paid for the full service inside & out. We just got back from a trip north and there were lots of bug guts on the front of my car. And guess what??? They are still there! I am SO DISAPPOINTED! I tried calling for 3 hours and never got anything but a busy signal. When I pulled in, the guy took a big brush to the back of my car, but never touched the front. The inside is lovely. I guess I should've looked at the front before I left! Live & learn. read more

Never again!! First all they are overpriced somewhat. Secondly, WAY too much pressure to add this, buy that. Then all 4 tires were way over inflated. And lastly...oil was overfilled, and had to drain almost 1 quart off when getting home. Oh,,and had to ask them to grease tie rod end fittings...as they were not done. There you have it...my experience. But bright side is...a lot of other oil change places out there...and will definitely drive way around this one. read more

This is the second time I have had a problem at this Car Wash. Do not go to this Car Wash at all. Customer Service by the older gentleman was down right horrible. The had me pull my car in and proceeded to wash and put soap on my car. When I stated that I wanted to have my interior cleaned they had me back my car out after my car was already sprayed and soaped. As well as already paying for the wash and interior cleaning. After about 10 minutes the guy who had me back out was smoking a cigarette. This really upset me!!! The Manager was no better at helping. He refused to issue any sort of refund or offer any other services to fix the situation. Bad Management and Customer Service!!!! read more

I've been going here with both my personal and company vehicle for interior and exterior car washes, since the early 2000's. As stated by some other reviewers, there have been times that we had to go back thru a 2nd time. But my experience yesterday was way beyond inexcusable. The greeter wanted me to buy the ultimate wash along with my exterior wash, but after he explained the differences I chose the the Super wash @ $24.00, which seemed to upset him. The car is a 2017 Buick Envision that stays in the garage all winter, as we spend winters out of the state. After he halfheartedly brushed off the hatch he sent us thru the exterior wash. When we reached the interior staff they were great, double teaming the vehicle for a real nice job inside. So I tipped the young man $5.00, hoping that he would maybe share it with the young lady that so kindly helped him. We then went to Sam's club and when leaving there opened the hatch in the sun light realized it was still dirty. So having experienced this problem occasionally before, I just returned to have it made right. This time the greeter had help and still no other customers, so I felt confident this would go quickly and I explained exactly what had been taken place. To my surprise, with out looking at it he angrily ask if I had a receipt, which he snatched from my hand and went into the room were he originally produced it. When he returned he said he couldn't do anything because this was an hour ago. I said, I told you after the interior has done we went to Sam's before I notice it. To which he said there was nothing he could do and turned around and started walking away. In the ramps unsure if it was safe to back up or not, I'm not proud of what took place at that point. Finally with his assurance that it was safe to back up, I left assuring him I would never be back again! read more

I really want to give the car wash people NO star. I have used this car wash for many years and their work is gotten extremely Bad lately . Do yourself a favor and find some place else to go. I had my car in just to get ride of the bugs on front of the car. Paid $10. After arguing with manger and washing the car twice, my car looks just as it was before. They have the worst customer relational and just don't care. They refuse to get me their GM or my money back. I really didn't care for the money I just wanted the job done right. December 19, 2013, I went through the wash, and my car went off the rails. It was hit and pushed forward by a van behind me. It put a crease in my rear bumper. The following week, my husband took his car to the same place. He didn't realize it was the one where I got hit. The same thing happened to him. His car went off the rail, in the exact same spot, just before the blowers. Fortunately, there was no one behind him, so no damage was done to his car. Anyway, when my car got hit, I turned in a damage claim within minutes. The manager took a picture. Over the following weeks and months I got the run around all over the place, the manager kept adding conditions for me to meet to get the claim processed. At one point I was told by someone there that it would take 6 months to get it paid for. Finally got to talk to the big guy a couple of weeks ago. He said it should have been settled within a week. So I thought it would be taken care of. Then the manager told me I'd have to get the two estimates all over again. WHAT? But then he found them. Then he quibbled because I had scuff marks and scratches on the bumper (it's a 2007). I told them I wasn't claiming on that superficial stuff.. it was the BENT, CREASED bumper I wanted fixed. Finally they agreed to give me enough money to replace the bumper cover, but not paint it, which was ok with me. Then they made me sign a release that said it was a "dubious claim" in order to get the check. Maybe to them it was dubious, not to me. They're the ones I call dubious. It shouldn't have taken from December to October to pay up for damage they did, and I shouldn't have had to keep going back over and over to get this taken care of! We will never wash another car there, which is too bad, because we went there often before. Will never recommend to friends or family. read more

I just paid for a $10 car wash that should've including making sure the rims on my tires were clean. I noticed one of my rims was still extremely dirty. The manager came out and told me they were wat too busy to scrub the dirt off my rim. This place is a joke. The manager did not even try and make it right. RUN AWAY!! This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. Both times I went my car came out still dirty. The young girls who towel dry at the end smeared the leftover mud around on the back of my van. Sign on the front says $29.95... when I got in and they took the oil out, he said "your car needs this certain oil and it's going to be $52. I said I didn't think so but he insisted. Said the only other oil was $4 less. I was ripped off but they had taken the oil out of my car. Slick move. I will never be back read more

My wife and I both went to this location to have our cars washed. I went through first and paid for both myself and my wife, and let the worker know that I was paying for 2 vehicles, and my wife was directly behind me. When my wife pulled in, they had her pay as well. She called me while we were both going through the wash and explained what happened. I pulled around and confronted the workers, who denied taking any money. I'm not mad about the money we wasted; I'm mad that the workers were dishonest. I will not be going back, nor will I recommend anyone else go to this location. read more
