These guys are awesome. My dad trusts them, so when I had a poor experience at a different place, I went to them to get his car's oil changed. They had the wrong oil filter saved in their system for his car, and when they realized that was the case, I overheard their exchange: "I'm pretty sure it's this one the car needs." "Well we're gonna be sure, not pretty sure." That's how you do business. They could have gone the easy way and put in anything that fit, but they made sure to take care of their customers and not cut corners. These guys are great! I went to this place yesterday for an oil change was charged $124 dollars and nothing was done to my car. They changed the oil, but none of the other things were done, even though they were all checked off and marked ok. My wiper fluid was complete empty, my coolant was low, tires low, and my filters weren't even checked. YET! somehow they could tell that my transmission needed to be flushed and filled, you didn't even fill my coolant or washer fluid, and yet you checked my transmission? I know you didn't cuz I heard them say it's an enclosed system, but not checking fluid. So if you're a woman they tack on shit to scare you. They probably have old transmission fluid in the pit to show so you pay for a service, and lord knows if they actually do. I did not get 1 sorry. When i called the next day after having my brother, who is a mechanic go over the car, i got well im the manager of the business not this store, youd have to talk to someone else. The mechanic actually came out into the parking lot to accoust me. He told me i was lying because they do everything, and i could get of the property. The manager not once said sorry, he in fact made excuse after excuse, never taking responsiblity for anything. Eh. Average to below average oil change for $45 (for a Honda Accord). If I'm gonna pay close to $50 for the cheapest grade oil and a top off of windshield wiper fluid, I'd rather go to the Valvoline in Grand Blanc. Same or better service and they do it in half the time. Also, Valvoline will take coupons off of your phone, this establishment has online coupons but they are only valid at Detroit locations. read more

So I bought my car a few months ago and didn't realize my car took a special oil. I pulled in, they popped my hood and then told me that my oil change would cost like $80 there and said they'd be happy to do it, but they also gave me the option to shop around. Took my son to get his first oil change in his truck. The guys opened the hood, pulled out the dipstick and said, "You're full and clean. We'll do the oil change if you want, but you don't need it. Come back in about 1400 miles and we'll check it again." Very classy guys! They could have easily just done the oil change and taken our money, but they didn't. Will definitely be back!
