It offers a couple of benefits that appealed to me as a monthly parking tenant - it's covered, the access is 24/7, and generally as parking garages go it's neat, clean and modern in structure with good access. It hasn't any of those strange one way channels. No difficult directions and no tight turns. It's pretty open and pretty easy to use. And it's usually not too too expensive. Sometimes it is, but most of the time, it's pretty reasonable. Unless there's a special event, and then, well... you're going to pay. Other structures in town? They're shifty and they're slightly scary and they overcharge. I like this structure well enough to give it four stars.
