You will likely have a difficult time finding another laundromat as high end and clean as this one is. It is understandable that the restrooms cannot be open to the public without attendants on property. It was explained to me that they have tried this before but have experienced challenges with the homeless in there, soap and paper towel theft and vandalism. I love the carts, they roll smoothly. The wall paint gives the place more of a feel good vibe. If there are any issues, the owner is extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

I was just the mysterious outsider with two loads and no idea how much laundromats cost anymore. Definitely not $1.25 to wash. Maybe still $1.25 to dry and the option to you add a quarter for an additional five minutes right before the buzzer (at the 1 min mark) Machines worked. Clothes washed and dried. I got to be a peaceful fly on the wall, surrounded by community vibes and the distant scent of laundromat dreams. Plus... quarter machine present and accounted for (didn't need it, came prepared like a laundry Girl Scout). All in all, it's clean-ish, chaotic, and comforting. And now I know where to go when life gets dirty at 3 AM. Word of the wise if you're bringing your heavily soiled items here because you don't want to do them at home, run a hot empty cycle to clean out your washer, please, that just seems like a kind thing to do.

It's good that this place has a restroom but here's the bad--it's run down, has no lock on the door for guests when in use, no toilet seat tissue covers, the toilet may clog up even with minimal use, there's water stains and mold buildup on the ceilings all of which are aesthetically unpleasant. There are 4 different sized washers and 2 sizes of dryers to choose from. Great place to wash your comforters. Good prices too. Washer prices range from $3 to $7.50 depending on the size of washer. Medium dryers are 7 minutes per quarter and 6 minutes per quarter for large dryers. 2 changes machines, this is a cash only business. There is a/c, good music and chairs for you to sit on while you wait. You can also drop your laundry off and they will do it for you.

I walk in and she right away says if I can make the machine work you are not getting a refund . Then give me your card. ??? She wants me to spend another dollar of mine to prove I'm wrong so she don't have to reimburse me?????? So I lose an additional $2.00 if it works. But I have been trying to get it to work several times so I knew it would not work. And the machine shows a $11.99 credit per machine and both machines say machine busy. And of course I gave my card and try and try she could not make it work. So she puts my card in the card slot up front and reviewed my recent transactions for like 7 minutes . It's like today there were two transactions for $11.99 what else could prove that you don't owe me $23.98? Then she says it's policy not to refund . Point out a time when she did just that for $4.00 she paused as if thinking then said I don't think I did ! Then said she does not have that capabilities. Then she said she could reimburse $1.00 I clearly ask why .! She says it's policy That if you spend $11.99 and it does not let you have super wash then you only get $1.00 . I obviously believe she made that up on the fly. Do I say ok let me get that $1.00 per machine and she says ok let me see your card. !!!!! Really no capabilities of a refund huh ??? Wow! ?? So no refund I don't want two dollars! I want someone to meet me at any charity and them hand over $24.00 to any charity !
