We…read morebought Truewerk XL Long bibs they didn fit and customer service told us just to return those and buy another. It woukd be easier then an "exchange" would be. So, we returned the XL long bibs and bought another size the xl short bibs(size we need) and after purchasing the second pair we were told the first return was denied due to "smoke" mind you we are non smokers. While trying to sort this out the second pair arrived and we received a 3xl And not the xl short that we ordered. They did honer the second return which was their fault anyways, but if we were smokers both returns would have been denied. And the XL long bibs they would not accept a return for they sent back were NOT even the bibs we sent back for a refund. We received an XL regular back. Obviously this company can't get their orders right and definitely don't buy another pair before determining if the return was accepted. Amber is the employee that was handling this situation. We asked for a manager and of course we were told he was not in. Go figure. Please please save your money!
