I got an email from them saying there was a sale, 20% off any item, and it was good online or in stores. So I went to the Fannin Street store to try on the scrubs I wanted. I found something that worked for me and was ready to apply the 20% code. The woman told me that more than half the brands in the store were not included in the "any item" description! Why does the ad say "any item" instead of "select items"? So I got the same items online for the price they refused to honor. I went to make a bulk purchase for my office (25 sets of scrubs). The site claimed "free shipping". Then, when I went to checkout they wanted over $550 for shipping (to Canada) as well as another $600 for duty and taxes and BS. I asked them on chat if this could possibly be accurate and got sent a copy-and-pasted, generic policy on them using a third party shipping agent and they didn't address any of the questions I asked. I will say that this company do not value their customers, I placed a order on line and realized that I did not change my shipping address, the website does not have a option for me to change the shipping address after placing an order. I had to reach out to customer service where I was told that they are able to do anything to change the address and that my order will have to be canceled. This was not a great option however, I updated my account and deleted my old address and updated my account with my new address and waited 3 days and placed the same order. I checked my shipping address and made sure everything was correct before submitting the order. Once I received my order number I noticed that the old address was back on the order. I then had to reach back out to customer service to see why this has happen, and once again I was told they was not able to do anything for me, my order has to be canceled again that if the place the order for me they will not be able to use my rewards. The agent had no care and was rushing me off the phone. I have ordered from this company in the pass and I must say when speaking with a agent the have no sense of concern and make me a customer feel like they don't need my money and don't try to help in no way at all. my fav in store, scrub store!! Not only do they price match but also give you 10% off if you work in the med center. I love it, they take card and order scrubs not in your size or color and ship it free to the store. I love the proximity the store is to the med center. The workers are so knowledgable and provide excellent customer service. I like that the dressing room is just drop and go. at the moment my fav scrubs include short, as I don't have to hem, I like grey's in petite and dickies Womens essence and vera wang!! they also do personalization for $5 which I love!! lots of parking. The physical location at time of this review is closed due to COVID-19, so I used their on-line site on April 8th to purchase a pair of scrubs. I have yet to received them though their website stated they were delivered a week later. This past week I spoke to their customer agents 3 times. The first promising me they would send the scrubs again within 24 hours and send me an email confirmation (never happened). Second time this week I called 3 days later I was told to by their second customer rep to "be patient", "I can't give you and specifics or documentation on when the scrubs will be sent " and "there is no way we can refund you". After insisting on speaking to a supervisor (though I never did actually speak to them), I was told scrubs will sent out ASAP by the end of the day and I'll receive notice within 24 hours of shipment via email. 24 hour deadline came and went, no scrubs. This time I called back a third time demanding a full refund. Though there was an argument on the customer service side about it is not their fault, They ultimately agreed to refund me. I did see an email about a refund, will see if they put it back on my credit card (though I won't be surprised if I need to dispute the charge next week). I may be taking out my frustrations on this location which may have very nice people working for them, but their customer service at their national hotline represents all locations. Based on my experience I want to give a word of caution to all potential patrons before purchasing from this company. There are a lot of scrub stores in Houston, all of whom I am sure are struggling. My ultimate recommendation is to spend your money elsewhere and support other businesses. read more

I ordered scrubs from this site and they took an address off my payment account without giving me any opportunity to verify it. 3 minutes after receiving the order confirmation I contacted them to inform them this was the wrong address. They responded to me 17 hours later and told me the best they could do was cancel the order. I asked them to do so. They then did not respond for another 15 hours during which time I called and asked a representative to cancel the order. They did not. They then responded to my previous email after 15 hours telling me it was too late to cancel and I would have to pick the package up at the address listed that I no longer live at (multiple states away). So if you have any issues with your order they will not help you at all and will take 12+ hours to respond to your requests. It's not worth it when there are other great sites to go to. read more

I truly don't understand the bad reviews of this place. I've been buying scrubs from here for the past 6 years and I've never been disappointed. First, they have ample parking which as you know down around the med center is a luxury. Secondly and most importantly they have a HUGE selection of scrubs in every possible color and size. These scrubs come from a large selection of companies which ensures a wide selection of styles. Thirdly, there is always a huge selection of clearance items so there are a wide variety of prices from very affordable to yes somewhat pricy. But you can definitely get out of there with reasonably priced scrubs. There is also a fairly extensive shoe selection and compression socks. I had gone to the store once and that was not a bad experience per se. Then I ordered online because I wanted to try a bunch of different styles and knew that the store, while quite a drive away, would be an 'easy' option for return according to their online advertisement. So I return the items that didn't fit and was surprised to find out that I didn't get the tax back!!! Seriously? I understand not getting shipping back but the tax as well when I returned it in the store? Also they did not give me the right refund for one of my items. Scrubs and beyond is a well-know scrub retailer. While mostly known for their catalogs this is an actual store location. Buying scrubs can be difficult. You're usually looking for pair for work and want to look your best while at work...with all the different styles and cuts it really help to be able to try a pair on! You'd think you'd be in luck when you stumble across this store...you'd think they'd have an ample selections of styles/SIZES so you can place your order online or through the catalog later in-case they don't carry your particular color preference/requirement. You'd be wrong. Housed inside this pretty large store is a skimpy selection of mismatched styles/colors/brands/sizes. I stopped by last night to find a new pair of scrubs but couldn't find a single MATCHING size large scrub set for men...when I asked the gentlemen working here for help finding matching sizes he said 'we don't have anything out back...everything we have is out on the floor'... So I visited this place tonight after work and the girls Julie and Shavon were so sweet! I was lucky to be able to find 4 items on the back racks for half off!!! I also was glad to find some thing long sleeved tshirts to wear under my scrubs, since it's usually pretty cold in the clinic. It was clean and bright. It wasn't all shoved together like I found at another store. This store was air conditioned and you can stroll around finding anything you need. If you wear a large or bigger in scrubs you can clean up on their sales rack. They have many items that are solid colored, for working in assigned areas. It was a great value for me and I'm washing up the outfit now. Oh and if you are pretty tiny, they have the biggest selection of petite and junior fit sides. read more

Do not order from this store! I ordered from them because they seemed to have a large selection of scrubs and because the site said free returns. First it took over 2 weeks to get my order. Maybe Amazon has spoiled me but that seemed too long. And when I looked at the tracking it showed that my order arrived in Memphis and was shipped fro there to Missouri and back to Memphis where it stayed for over a week. I contacted them about this and their excuse was the Hurricane. I love in Nashville. Lol. Well then nothing in my order fit so I decided to return all of the items. The delivery was extremely slow they let me know at the last minute that the tops were on backorder only sent the pants. The representatives suggested that I wait an additional two business weeks to receive the top I want to return the pants and that there is a return fee even though they failed to send the complete set of Scrubs in a timely manner. I can't comment on the value of the scrub top I ordered because I received pants. I called right away. The customer service person requested a photo of the UPC code to be emailed and they will send the top. After waiting a disproportionate length of time, I looked for an email reply. It turns out my email was rejected as spam. Now I'm angry. I called again. Similar to my last call, but this time they're also send a PDF return label. I asked for a physical label because I do not have a printer. I was told they can't do that, but I can go to a FedEx location and have it printed, followed by the prerequisite, "sorry for the inconvenience". I replied that waiting weeks for a top and then going out of my way to FedEx totally defeats the purpose of shopping online and I am angry that this is now my problem. I have been to this scrub shop many times over the years and although they have a large selection, it also comes with a large price tag. Despite this, I continue to shop there for my work needs. Not anymore! I dropped off 6 scrub tops for monogramming almost 2 weeks ago. I specifically asked when dropping them off if there would be a delay because of the holiday and was told no, they'd be ready last Friday. I called Friday to follow up and was told it would be later that day. I stopped by on Monday and was told the guy didn't deliver the monogrammed scrubs on Friday and it would be Tuesday (today). I called today and now they're saying Wednesday (tomorrow). The representative initially told me the delay was related to an illness but now it has reverted back to the holiday being the cause of the delay... my initial concern that they originally denied. Had they said yes, that would have been completely acceptable but I would have only dropped 3 and then the other 3 when I picked up the first. Now, they are in possession of every scrub top I own and I am supposed to start my new position with nothing to wear. I asked them to just return the unfinished scrub tops so that I would not have to purchase more to start my position and they refused. They also will not provide any contact information for their outsourced monogramming, as I could easily go pick them up myself. I am sure that tomorrow will be another excuse since the monogrammer only delivers on Tuesdays and Fridays and neither is tomorrow. Ultimately, I would highly suggest you go to Scrubs and More, one block over. They are fabulous and value their customers. I ordered 3 pairs of pants from here. They were slow to get here and then they were too big so I sent them back. I called them after a couple of weeks because I hadn't gotten an email or refunded my money. It took over 30 min to talk to someone. They said it was because they were moving warehouses. What does that have to do with answering the phone? I got a refund for 2 pair a couple days later. I had to spend 30 more min on the phone to talk to someone and she didn't know why I hadn't been refunded for the 3rd pair. She told me it may take longer than usual due to all the changes. Well, I just got a pair of pants back. It stated they wouldn't return my money because the pants had excessive cat hair! I promise you there were 2 hairs on the entire pants!
