And the same thing happened within 4 days. I would have to smoke in my sleep to hit 25-40k puffs. And now they won't exchange since it took over 24 hours to notify. Although since I was not familiar with this vape I thought the bar light indicating usage was for charging status and when I noticed it was totally depleted the flavor was chalky and non existent.
