    It's not just the store, it's scrubsandbeyond.com altogether. Poor customer service. Not helpful at all.

    33 dollars for a piece of plastic? LITERALLY A PIECE OF PLASTIC THE SIZE OF A QUARTER and they wanted 33 dollars for it. What a joke

I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered two of their most expensive jackets and I ordered them to be personalized. One was a gift and the personalization was incorrect. The other jacket was for me. I ordered the exact same jacket I'd ordered for myself before in the exact same size. I was surprised to say the least that my new jacket was considerably smaller than my old jacket. It was in fact so small that I could not even zip it up in the front. I called the company to tell them about my problem. I spoke with Christina who told me in a rude tone of voice that there was nothing they could do for me because I received exactly what I had ordered and they would not accept a return because my jacket was personalized (though their website does not indicate anything about personalized items being non-returnable). Christina also told me that 'THEY ARE TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS THERE AND I had no previous history of ordering with this company' (FALSE!!!). I told Christina that I was actually wearing the jacket I'd previously ordered (TRUE). I asked to speak to her supervisor. She told me that her supervisor, Greg would call me in a few minutes. A half hour later, I called back and asked for Greg. I explained to Greg that considering the fact that I'd ordered this exact same jacket in the exact same size before, I didn't expect that the new jacket wouldn't fit me. He told me the same thing as Christina, basically calling me a liar about my previous ordering history. He told me that there was nothing he could do for me, although he did admit that there had been a recent change to the style of this particular jacket (duh). My reply was, "Let me tell you what I'm going to do for you. I'm going to send out a companywide e-mail telling EVERYONE not to order from you guys because you're not into customer satisfaction." At this point, Supervisor Greg started yelling at me and telling me that I was" horrible and just trying to get a jacket for free," and that he wasn't going to talk to me anymore. He threatened to call my boss and I told him to go ahead because I had recently been awarded with the highest honor our company bestows to an employee. Greg's behavior was not only unprofessional, it was immature. My next step will be to call my bank and get them to reverse the charges paid to Work Force Clothing for the fact that the one jacket which was a gift had the wrong personalization and the other jacket which was for me (and an identical version of a jacket I'd ordered before...though they conveniently can't locate my order history), would only have fit an anorexic midget. I showed both of my personalized jackets to my assistant manager at work today and she took pictures of me wearing both of them, showing the Grand Canyon of a difference in the jacket sizes and she will be forwarding this, along with my letter of disappointment to our Human Resources Department. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO PURCHASE YOUR WORK CLOTHING NEEDS ELSEWHERE. BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM (AND YOU WILL), WORK FORCE CLOTHING IS NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF SATISFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS!
