Placed an online order at 8 AM. Went in at 5:30 pm and my order was not packaged. Manager said they had over 60 orders which none of them were started and they were most likely going to cancel. Was told you can go look for the items on the floor to see if we have them. What's the point of placing an online order if you cannot package them. read more

Just want to give props to BBW, I had an order of flower wall scents that the fulfillment just tossed in a box, so many showed up damaged, the customer service was great, replaced the ones that had leaked and no issues. This is the customer service and company that I can support. Issues happen, but how a company takes care of a customer, that says it all. Also, the BBW and the Tracy and Manteca CA locations are always awesome when I go in. Great in person customer service too. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. They literally followed me around and watched me the entire time like I was going to steal something. Girl, please. All I wanted to do was have a relaxing experience, taking my time and smelling scents that worked for me. Yet, I was uncomfortable the entire time. I ended up buying body spray and hand soap but I'm Never shopping here again. If this is the experience I have to have I'll continue buying through black owned shops like I've been doing. read more

Customer service is awful! The clerk was exceptionally rude. To say that she was begging this male customer to get their app "five dollars for free" and the customer said no thanks because he honestly wouldn't feel right. She then says it's ok, I'll give it to you anyway , just go home and download the app. He answered no, I'm an honest person, I can't do that. Now it's, my turn, as she is scanning my items she is complaining about her schedule, asking her coworker to which her coworker responded "I don't know, I don't make the schedule" it's all so very unprofessional. I'm just shocked at how incredibly unprofessional she already is, she had horrible customer service. (Her coworker seemed nice and polite, yet I could tell she was pestered by her). I have a lot of items , she mentions how I could've saved money etc (I am registered in the system and very tech savvy) so I told her I want to save money, I am already above 95 dollars at this point so I said I'll just download the app on my phone. I don't need to give explanations, it takes a second, she seems annoyed and asked me if I was still purchasing the items, I said yes, I'm just going to download the app so I can have some savings. Which, remember she was happily going to give the other customer the discount without an app! So already I felt like I was being treated unfairly. As I start to move out of the way so I can download the app, she puts her hand up towards my child and tells her to "move it" with her hand waving as if she was some kind of fly in the air. I asked the clerk did you just swish my daughter ? She said I have other customers. I am a costumer for one, and a very great one! I just left the store and did tell her associate that they lost a customer (I was going to spend more at this store) and the only thing that was spent was our time. Very disappointed. Who doesn't love wonderful smells! This is my absolute favorite place to be especially when they have their annual semi sales I stock up on wallflowers, body lotions, bath gels, candles, etc. They have so many different varieties of smells that I can't resist. The workers are always so friendly and very helpful and the stores kept clean. They have plenty of samples that you can try and my daughter loves to play with the hand soap and pick out different smells. read more

Tonight I remembered why I don't go to this location; it's because of their poor customer service. Not to mention, the girls/women who work there are absolutely rude. They pick and choose who they will help so be sure you go dressed up and acting like you have money if not you will be watched closely as if you're going to steal something. Customer service is amazing! They are always willing to help look for certain items that I can't find. I've never had to stand in line longer then 1-2 minutes. They are always fully stocked. I love how their parking lot is right out front so I can haul my heavy bag quickly to the car. read more

She showed me her favorite scents and what was most popular. She helped me put together scents and candles that were all complimentary. Very very knowledgeable and friendly. I was going to give this place one star because I went when they open at 9am and the doors were locked and Someone saw me so I was waited outside in the cold until someone finally came out and told me they don't open until 10am. I came back before they closed and ran into the amazing Jess!! She not only helped me find one of the few wall plug ins I fell in love with but she helped me fall in love with the room spray and another scent! All I have to say is wow. August 21, 2023 I did a pick up order. My order was missing four items and they gave me one extra item that I didn't even order. I talked to Maria the store manager who told me she was sorry and that it happened to 4 other people. I told her it was ok but I lived in Modesto so I wouldn't be able to come back until the the Wednesday or Thursday which would've been august 23rd-24th. August 23rd I started feeling super sick and tested positive for covid. I called and talked to a manager letting her know I wouldn't be in to pick it up until after I was out of quarantine. Today August 31st I called and made sure they were ready for me. Alyssa the manager told me that they had them ready for me. When I came in to get them the girl at the front was super rude. She told me next time to come in sooner because they misplaced the note that was on them. One it's not my fault you guys screwed up my order in the first place. Secondly maybe you guys should work on being more organized and not lose the note. The way I was treated today was not ok. To the girl with the brown hair and white shirt you need to work on your customer service. I won't be back. read more

I went in this past Saturday during their hand soap sale. I was having a morning out with my kids, I have 4. 13yr, 11yr, 2 and 1yr old. I had the baby on the stroller my 2 year old was on foot. I was holding the stroller with one hand and my baby with the other. The store ofcourse was busy so I was trying to get in and out. I was offered a basket I declined, I couldn't possibly carry anything else. I was offer a basket a 2nd time I politely declined explained I just needed some soaps as a gift and was heading out. I put 4 soaps on my stroller sun shade area infront of the worker and kept waking towards the registers. When a male worker approached me with a basket and said to me to take it. I declined and grabbed 2 more soaps and said I was on my way to the registers. He then said, "well we prefer you put our products on a basket." I declined his offer again and tried to let him know I couldn't possibly carry anything else. He rolled his eyes at me and stomped away. I understand it may look weird where I put the soaps but I had 2 babies with me and I let them know I was going to the register. His attitude was not polite and him rolling his eyes and stomping away made me feel like I was shoplifting. Not polite at all. I did talk to a manager because I was upset and felt offended that I was treated like a shoplifter when I'm there all the time. She was very understanding and made me feel like I was heard. read more
