After a five year hiatus from the healthcare field, I'm back! The first thing to do after all my credentials are in order is to update my scrubs. I can't believe how much designs have changed. They have so many different styles and fabrics too. The only bummer was that they didn't have many of the styles I liked in the color I wanted in stock. I wear small bottoms and I could only find either larger sizes or small but in petite or tall. Yeah I could order them online but would take 2 weeks and I'm just not patient. I had also forgotten how expensive scrubs are. The average is about $25 for tops and $35 for bottoms. This place offers a $10.00 coupon for every $200 spent. Not much but better than nothing. The day I came in Jayme was very helpful and nice. She was working alongside another young woman and they both kept on asking if I needed help without being overbearing. I still have a long way to go to refill my scrubs wardrobe but I'm sure I will continue to frequent this store to do so. read more

Went into this location on a Tuesday evening 1/4/22. I was in need of some new scrubs, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help finding anything. Didn't really have any of my sizes in scrub pants. But as I was shopping around 2 employees a younger girl with a tattoo on her chest and an older lady, were talking bad about another employee named Emily and I'm assuming the other person they were talking about was a manager. I had spoken to a girl named Emily on the phone prior to coming in and she was very helpful. I think that this was very unprofessional to be talking about your co workers and boss in-front of customers. They were also talking about how they weren't reaching their sales for the day. Probably would reach your sale goal if you would focus more time on paying customers then talking badly about your co workers. read more

This might be the last time that I go to this particular scrubs and beyond. The last time me and my partner went, we were looking for scrubs. I asked one of the ladies there about if they were able to see if this set of scrubs came in a different color. She then tells me that she doesn't THINK that they have them in a different color but she's not sure. Then I told her if there was anyway to check and she goes "oh no, our online system is down." This whole time you could've just told me from the beginning. She she says "you can go online you and check yourself." It's like what kind of customer care is that?? I understand if your online system isn't working but at least tell me that from the beginning so that way I know what I have to do instead of telling me after a few minutes of explaining what im looking for being like oh, I think so or yeah you can just go online yourself. So we picked out a few scrubs and ordered them online once we found the right color. The pants came in and my partner found that they were a bit snug and that she should try a size up. We figured we can go into the sto, try the size bigger, and do an even exchange. Each time, we go in and they barely say hi because they're in the middle of a conversation. We asked about doing the return from an online order and the young lady there seems like she just doesn't wanna be there and made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience for her. It's like if you don't like your job, then don't work there. We asked if we could try other sizes on to make sure of the fit before doing the return, and she was super annoyed. We ended up trying some on and figuring out what size fit best. We decided to just do the return online and that way she wouldn't have to deal with us. read more

I originally placed an order for scrubs in store to be shipped to the store on August 26th. They quoted an estimated time of about 14 to 17 business days. I called back around 10 business days to double check and was told my order had not been received. I call again 17 business days later, same response. NOW I call back 21 business days after the order was placed only to be told that the original order was canceled and had to be replaced on September 23rd. Now I have to wait an additional 14 to 17 business days! They NEVER told me this or else I would have canceled it instead of waiting for over 30 calendar days! I asked if there will be some kind of compensation or reimbursement for how long I've been waiting. The lady who picked up the phone said that they could not give me anything for how ridiculously long I've waited. They can only give me a refund if I choose to cancel the order. honestly scrubs and beyond robbed me.. I thought I should treat myself to a new pair of scrubs since I have been working my ass of since this whole COVID-19 started. I bought a pair online and once they arrived I got the wrong size and I straight up didn't like them. Scrubs are not cheap so i'll start with that. I went to the store directly to return them, with the tags & return bag. They told me since the tags were off the scrubs I couldn't return them so I said okay and walked out.. so now i'm out $55 and no new scrubs are you kidding me? I decided to mail them back in the process of mailing them back it cost $3 for a shipping label for Ups to print it out. Then basically $9 for scrubs and beyond to receive it. Yeah you don't even get your full return so now i'm out 12 dollars to return the damn scrubs and I'm never shopping here again due to the hassle of returning them. I visited the store in Peoria, Arizona and it was such a great customer service experience. I also wasn't expecting the variety of styles, fabrics or prices they offered which made it even better. It had been a very long time since I had received that type of service and attention and kindness in an establishment where you could actually have someone get the sizes and styles you needed while you wait in the dressing room. Used to love this store for years. It was easy to exchange items. Was there yesterday to return a pair of pants that ended up not fitting right. Only had it for about 2-3 weeks, tried it once and hadn't washed it yet so I can return it. They wouldn't accept the exchange for bigger size since the tag was off but in the bag with the receipt and they also said the color looked lighter which was a bunch of BS. Stopped in on a Friday afternoon to purchase a new set of scrubs. We were in the store for approximately 15 minutes. Picked out a specific color top and bottom on our own, let ourselves into the dressing room and put the scrubs away and left. Unfortunately we were not greeted once while we were in the store. There was even an extremely loud door alarm but it did not shake the employees persistence and determination to not help customers. I went to this location to exchange a pair of Danskos that I had previously exchanged. I explained to the gal behind the counter that I was not able to wear these shoes and really needed help finding a good fit. I was fully aware that I was past the return policy time frame and explained that to her, I was hoping for an even exchange. She seemed understanding but had to check with another employee, Nelly, for approval. Nelly then looked only at the receipt and stated "We could do this for you but it's past the 60 days so we can't". She didn't make any effort to help me while standing there in the store with product and all receipts in hand. She then said I could contact Dansko and maybe they could help me. Overall, she wasn't concerned about my situation at all and was okay with letting me leave with shoes that didn't fit and not way to recover my money. As it turns out, after going to ANOTHER LOCATION, I made the exchange without a problem and had the best customer service experience. There was not a limit on exchanges only or store credit if not satisfied. SO bottom line is Nelly did not want to make the exchange for reasons unknown to me. I walked in and right off the bat this lady named Jayme starts helping me it's as if she's been there for 10 years she helped with my bigger sizes I needed for the bottoms, but just large for the tops, she got me my colors that I needed for Mayo and then we went to check out & come to find out today was her first day. The store carried a variety of the top brands of scrubs, shoes, and assecories. While at the cash wrap the associate gave me great info that I never knew about such as writing the uniforms off my taxes and the 20% discount when I bring in a gently used scrub during Nurses' month. Came here to buy a Greys anatomy scrubs jacket which they didn't have in the size and color I needed, so I had to order it, which wasn't a huge deal. It was the ordering process at the register that was frustrating and time consuming to say the least. It took an abnormal amount of time to get across to the staff the correct color and size that I needed, to which I clarified before finalizing the order. When I came back a week later to pick up my purchase they had ordered the exact same size and color that I had brought to the register originally for reference. She introduced herself with personality and style and was able to select the pants I needed for my boyfriend. She then demonstrated patience and knowledge when my eye caught one of the littman stethoscopes. She thoroughly explained me the advantages with each along with the color schemes and prices. It's because of her that if I needed anything else I will leave from my home from chandler just to go to her store.
