Starting a new job and needing some scrubs. Location doesn't have the selection like Med Center so if your pregnant (like me) or have troubles with finding your fit, I would go there. Customer service was great. They made sure that I was able to find a comfortable pair of scrubs that will grow with me (Thank you for talking me out of those uncomfortable Cherokee Scrubs) I will continue to shop this location and Med Center for all my needs! read more

This store has a 5-star rating on Google but not so much on Yelp. However, these reviews here are outdated. The reviews on Google are much more accurate. I'll just copy & paste mine here: The reviews are true - amazing customer service! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I ordered some Med Couture scrubs online, however the top was too long so I wanted to exchange them. I had a guy and girl offer help. We were able to find a top that fits. I've been here three to four times, never been greeted before. I come here because they have a better selection than most stores. But they still are missing sizes in things I like.. their men's selection is all mixed together and composed of 25% of the store. Of course women take over the healthcare work force! They have a/c problems every time I come in, and if I need help or have questions... I Always have to approach them. (Even if no one else is in the store) So come come! I stopped in for some scrubs today and was very pleased with my experience. I was greeted by nearly every employee in the store and offered help. I have been in several times before but have never left a review. I have always had a great experience and the customer service at this location has always been top notch! Andrea was extremely helpful and super friendly. She has also helped me on previous visits as well always being super helpful and accommodating. Very patient as I changed my mind multiple times. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I feel like the selection is always limited. In their defense Andrea did offer to order whatever I needed but I couldn't wait. I would give this 5 stars but I can't. I have spent more than 700 $ since November buying scrubs. Today I spent 200 $ more and was expecting to get 10% off but I was told that dansko shoes is not included in the 10% discount. They only gave me 4$ off. With regard to customers service I've always had a pleasant experience. They greet me when I walk in and offer help getting difference sizes while I'm in the fitting room. They also check if I need anything and if I placed an online order for stocks they don't have while on the store, I get it within 10 day. So my only problem is not enough discount offered by the store. read more

My office ordered our scrubs from here recently and they are awesome! Robin is the store manager and super super helpful. Tell her what your office is thinking about getting, she will go to your office with all the different styles, colors, and sizes so that everyone can try their stuff on. Then she will order it all! She should be on commission and not salary for all the work she does. If they don't have the style or colors you want in store, they'll order it for you. Group discounts also available - we got 10% for 8 people, but it just depends on the size of your group. We'll be back to order from here for future orders. read more

There should be a 0 negative star..they don't even deserve 1 star. Lazy sales ladies in here...they rather chit chat and talk to each other rather than asking customer if they need help. don't even care checking sizes. I've been here multiple times and never buy anything cause all they say is order it online and you'll receive it 10 to 14 business days..... I ordered online one time and delivered me a wrong color of scrubs instead. Such a pain in the ass. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time here. I found Medical Uniform by 59 freeway, you'll be surprise how they treat customer so well.. PS: I forgot to say that when the phone rings there, sales ladies would say like "Oh my God another phone call!" I don't understand why they keep the job if they hate their job. read more

The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because of the other Scrubs & Beyond location off of Main. I actually went to the larger store and purchased some scrubs and then was looking for a matching bottom carried by the same brand. When I came into the store it was a nice location and they had an "ok" selection but not as much as compared to the location in the med center. I asked the staff if they carried a specific brand since I had bought it from the other Scrubs & Beyond. The lady didn't even bother to look up at me when I asked and stated that the other store was open if I wanted to go back there. Why in the world would I drive to the med center when I was in Sugarland. Terrible customer service, good selection though...I'd recommend another store that would actually pay attention to the customers instead of brushing them off. read more

Came here looking for some nursing shoes and other supplies. Tiffany is a GREAT help and has some great insight on shoes. I didn't buy any scrubs but the clearance area is pretty awesome! I ended up purchasing my shoes off the clearance rack--$59.99 originally, purchased for $29.99! They have a huge selection of scrubs so there is something for everyone! read more

Everyone knows that trying on scrubs is a pain. All the options, brands, different fits, too small, too big, etc., The staff here is NO help. They hardly greet you when you walk in and the rest is up to you. If you don't know the exact brand and size you want already I wouldn't look to these employees for help. They chatted with each other, stopped to answer my question when approached and went back to chatting right after- sorry I interrupted your conversation with my business! I witnessed a lady frantically trying on different tops and finally was fed up and went to the counter expressing nothing fit.. The staff kind of just laughed and said yeah. This was the same as my experience. Despite their large selection they do not carry Jockey.. The only brand that works for me. I MUCH rather give my business to Medical Uniforms- it's in the small stores near target off of 6. They seem like they actually want my business there. read more

I have a pair of shoes I asked for a returned or do something they are like ohh, there is nothing I can do, I just have the shoes for 4 moths and they look like I have them for years. To say I'm upset doesn't even begin to describe it. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I came in to this location today and when I went to check out Namita the lady checking me out shouted "OH WOW, YOU FOUND YOUR SIZE IN BARCO? THEY DON'T REALLY CARRY YOUR SIZE". I was shocked. I wanted to scream but was to embarrassed to do anything. I put my head down and said "I just want to buy the scrubs." There was an entire store with at least 5 people in it that turned to look. I can't believe someone would comment on my size, or the size I am buying. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and shocking. Honestly, I don't think she should have a job. I will be returning the scrubs I bought and buying them somewhere else where I am not treated so poorly. read more

I would give them absolutely no stars if it were possible. The service here is the worst!! I don't understand how they're still in business. The office I work at order scrubs for them and it never comes in sooner then 3 months!! Why does it take more then 2 weeks tops a month to have scrubs delivered???? All they have to do it be prompt, no one is making them stitch scrubs up themselves, they all come in from other vendors jeez! I went in today and the man at the counter was either clueless or hella lazy! He literally stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I asked him for pants that he said were on "special order" and then two minutes later tells me they have it in the store... What the actual hell... Please don't ever give them business. I was prepared for a horrible experience based on previous Yelp reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit on a Sunday afternoon. I was immediately greeted in a cheerful manner upon entering the store, and two different employees asked if they could help me find something. There were a half a dozen other customers in the store at the time as well. I was disappointed in their lab coat selection though as they just one double-sided rack consisting of three different brands (all in white). My size wasn't available even when I asked them to check the back storage area. read more

My wife love to go here to get her scrubs for work. This place has the highest quality scrubs we have ever owned. The material is attractive, durable, and has all the pockets you could want (scrubs from this store). Our only issue was sometimes the orders don't come in on time and when they do it takes them a while to notify you. The order may sit at the store for a day or two before they process it in and give you a call that it is ready for pickup. Overall though, this is the best place in Sugar Land to purchase scrubs, for the medical field or any profession. We get all of her work uniforms here. read more

Every time I call to speak with someone it's like speaking to an inexperienced teenager, they would leave me on hold where I could hear them chatting with their friends in the background. read more

They never have the sizes that I need. When I order scrubs that say that it takes "10 business day". Yeah it too more like 3-4 weeks. Every time they say they will call you back, they never do. Every time I come to this store to purchase scrubs or any item I get the worst service ever. The cashier was very rude to me, she started yelling at me, snatching my receipt out of my hand telling me I could not exchange an item at the same price. Arguing back and forth with me, I was simple exchanging the size of the item not a different item but the same exact item just a different size. I am a health care professional (Registered Nurse) and I refuse to give scrubs and beyond my money only to be treat the way I've been treated and this is not the first time. To be treated this way was ridiculous. What happen to customers always right and customer service???? They need to watch the video "WHERE's MY PICKLE!" I even called the corporate office and still have not received a call back or email or anything.
