WOW. My sweet mother-in-law called me in tears because she was just treated SO HORRIBLY by the supposed "owner" of this store!! She went there to pick up some scrubs that were transferred from the Stockton store and the woman helping her nonchalantly said "Oops I forgot to get them." Naturally, my mom-in-law was upset, especially at the careless attitude from the woman and failure to offer any solutions, and she explained that they're for a graduation party tomorrow, etc., and asked to speak to the owner. The woman replied "I AM THE OWNER AND YOURE NO LONGER ALLOWED IN MY STORE!" in front of everyone! WTF?! WHAT AN AWFUL BUSINESS "OWNER"!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS!! They got good specials , clearance rack 30 % off and your school might be among the schools that get 20% of for initiation on regular price items. Bought a clearance item - Koi top 3 days ago and I called the store clerk (man) and I asked if I can exchange NOT return for a medium size same style and he said NO - I think that as a business or enterprise - sometimes policy can be bent at least ONE time complimentary especially for customers - I guess I can take it as a loss I've been to this store once and will likely NOT return and recommend to friends because of this negative experience read more

I came in here with my mother about a week ago. She's had a difficult time finding scrub pants that fit her well and that would be comfortable to work in. We were helped by Asia, who was phenomenal! They had a great selection of colors and sizes. However, she had to other something special. Asia went through the catalogue with her to help her find the best scrub pants. They put policy before customers...I don't usually write reviews but I was very put off by this place. I had received a gift of some pants from my well-intentioned husband, and it took me awhile to return them because the Walnut Creek store closed immediately after he bought them and it's quite a haul for me out to Antioch. But anyway, I figured worst case scenario they'd at least do an equal exchange for the exact pants in a smaller size. They were unworn and still had tags on them. They were not willing to do anything for me. No exchange. No store credit. Nothing. They have a 2 week return policy...that's ridiculous! They fed me some line about being a small business and having to stick to policy...but in my mind the small business that wants to stay alive will put customers first. It would have cost them absolutely nothing to be understanding and help me out, and they would have had a repeat customer. And by the way, they have a very sparse selection of shoes in random sizes, so I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for that. They do have a great selection of scrubs if that's all you need, and some of the prices are decent. read more

Bought a pair of shoes here 3 days ago , no one in the store told me that I could not return them . Until now and they tell me that they are final sale on all shoes, so yes I the young lady at the counter was very nice ! However the so call manger was very nasty to me as a paying customer " she tells me that all shoes are final sale an d that she would not work wilts me ba cause she assumed that I had and attitude, and stomped-off to the back of the store . I was there bought some stuff for my clinical work this noon. It's Sunday 3/13/16. The staff did not have a smile on their faces, did not say "hi" to welcome customer, and seemed not want to carry out a polite, respectful conversation. All they could say was "No" to my question, "a second" when I asked to pay for my stuff, and "you have a last name?" when processing my payment - which to me I rate as rude/poor customer service...Will not come back. CVS and other places sell the same products and same prices, why I bother to come to this store w/ lousy customer services! read more
