Shared details and photos of the cut I wanted and the gal helping me took notes for communication so A+ in my book right there and then. She gave me an estimate for pickup time and unfortunately I was late, but it was a couple of hours before closing, so no issues there. The transaction was smooth and hassle free. My dog used to get very anxious and frighten just pulling up to the parking lot, and they were never consistent with his haircut, it always looked different. She is a challenge at home to brush she only wants to play, the people here does such a great job she loves going to visit and get beautified. We knew when getting her we would have to have her groomed ever 2 months or so. Took my dog here to get cleaned and a small cut. The lady working was extremely rude. I showed up 30 mins late (my bad) and some how that made her take 4 hrs to clean him and not even be able to cut him. When I called to ask how much longer she said another hour. So I said I need to come get him now I have work. I wasn't expecting it too take her that long. It would have been nice to know that before I dropped him off. She then goes in to saying it took her that long because I got there 30mins later which is a bunch of BS. And she went on to telling me I am not welcome back. Don't worry I won't be back. Especially with that rude attitude from her and the staff. I definitely won't be taking him back. All the dogs there seem scared. Not a friendly staff. read more

Really appreciate these folks going above and beyond. I have a thirteen year old, 50 pound very shaggy dog who hates the heat. In the past, having her groomed wasn't a big deal but now she's become deaf and has canine cognitive disorder (aka dementia). She tends to panic in the best of situations and we all knew that having her groomed would be a headache. I worried that she'd flip out or that they'd give up but the groomers/bathers did a wonderful job, kept my pup as calm and comfortable as possible and returned her to me clean, trimmed and much, much happier. My husband has been taking our dog there for the last couple times. Today my husband asked me if I could pick her up. They called at 4:40pm to let us know she was ready. (We were never told HEY we close at 5, so just make sure to be here) I left my house 4:55pm. (I'm 20mins away). Since I'd never been there I had to google map it. Google then Stated they closed at 5. Long story short when I got there. Both ladies there were EXTREMELY rude! None greeted or even making eye contact with me. (So akward).... Instead i was given a lecture on how dogs needs to be picked up by 5, because thanks to people like me they have to stay late. I did not feel welcomed and it makes me wonder, if they have those long faces/ attitudes- how does my dog get treated when she's there??? Now that I know what type of customer service is offered, I will not be giving them my business. P.S. maybe it should be noted that a 2pm appt will end at 5& to be there before 5 or don't schedule them at all. Not everyone lives 5 mins away. Also, my husband did ask how long it would take and they said they couldn't tell because they had other dogs (again another opportunity to let us know the time they close). read more

I will never take my dog Sallie anywhere else. I actually followed Tina and Laurie from a previous shop to the new one and no matter how far I live from their shop I will never take her elsewhere! Not only do they always do a thorough job, but they love the animals they work with and care about the pet owners. I enjoyed taking my dog here until one day when I picked her up, there was a very small dog just standing alone on the table. Poor thing was shaking and at any moment could've hurt itself jumping off. One groomer was sitting on a chair on her phone while the other worked on a dog. A dog should never be left on a table alone. There is a potential for injury if they jump off especially a little scared one. This was disappointing to see since I especially liked they collected food for a local rescue. read more

The staff was super friendly and the lady that groomed my dog (bless her soul) did a good job considering my pup wouldn't stop moving and wasn't being very cooperative. I brought him in for a hair cut and nail trim; 45$. Our appointment was at 230pm and estimated pick up time was 430 and there was one ahead of me. Wow! We have a huge long haired cat named Blaise. He is known in certain circles as 'the mean cat'. He has snapped at small, annoying children and bopped my sister's giant poodle help dog on the nose for invading his space. He is a big, tough guy cat. Or so we thought... He hadn't been combed in a long time while we went through a family trauma and his coat was horribly matted so we called these folks for an appointment. We had talked to others willing to groom him, but didn't like either their prices, their ratings, or both We crammed poor Blaise into a carrier and listened to him yowl all the way to their shop. Laurie is amazing. She turned our giant super-hero cat into a purring, unstressed little kitty. She chatted with Blaise and petted him and calmed him way down. His early yowls, one of which sounded like 'hellooooo' and was perfectly timed to match the owner answering the phone, turned into mews. Laurie combed out all the knots including those on his belly and tail. Huge wads of matted fur were removed and he looks like a million bucks. Thank you, Laurie, for loving on our cat. Your work is fantastic. Blaise is back home philosophizing with his short-haired sister, Soren, about the adventures that await beyond the walls of the house. I have a very skittish husky who is afraid of most men, especially when she first meets them. She had no problem with ANYONE here. She had fun and when I came to pick her up, her tail was curled and she was standing at the gate waiting for me with a big smile (you pet parents know when your dog is smiling, so you know what I'm talking about). I would also like to say that I was offered a conditioning package for an additional fee, however when I told them my dog has some allergies and scratches frequently, they suggested I wait and make sure she tolerated the shampoo, which was an oatmeal shampoo to reduce her itching. Instead of up-selling me and making some extra money, which I was willing to spend, they put my dog's best interest at heart. The dogs I saw there all seemed happy and the staff was calm and patient with each dog. I will be making this place my dog's permanent groomer. read more

I have taken my Trinity Grace in for her first grooming. The price was affordable. The took there time with her and she was treated like I treat her with TLC. Trinity was feeling fresh and her hair cut was perfect for a 1 1/2 year old Pomeranian. She was excited and happy for the love and attention she received. I took my cat in to be groomed and it was a terrible experience. I was told they only do cats in the morning because throughout the day it gets too busy with dogs, so they put me down for an 8:30 appointment. My cat lives with 3 large dogs and is good with them, be he was very scared when a couple came in an immediately let their dogs off leash and the dogs were jumping around. At that time the groomer had her hand in the crate and my cat bit her. The she scruffed him and hit him on the nose. Although my appointment was at 8:30 he wasn't ready to be picked up until noon. When I went to pick him up I could tell instantly she was irritated with him, jostling him around in his crate while he was yowling. She told me there was a bald spot on his side where he had a tight mat, and I said okay, assuming that it was shaved. I got home and saw that he had a 50 cent piece bald area where his fur had been literally ripped out by the roots. I feel so bad. I should have immediately taken him home after he bit her and she whacked him. The whole thing was a disaster from the get go, and now I have a cat who is normally very social stressed out and hiding. Maybe they like dogs but if you have a cat I definitely would not go there. read more
