These are very high end, modern pieces that called for attention to detail due to the straight lines and squared off cushions and bases. It took a very long time to get it back, which was ok since we thought it was going to be a stellar job. When we got it back, overall it looked ok. But once we set everything up in the room, we noticed that the cushions were out of square. In some cases the cushions don't even cover up the base of the sofa. (see photos) The workmanship was sloppy and it is disappointing that they basically ruined a $15k sofa set. The photos say everything.

I was almost to the point of breaking down and buying a new sofa. There's nothing wrong with it, but the cushions were so flat and worn, it was really uncomfortable and an eyesore. For a tenth of the cost, Lev has fixed the problem. The sofa is once again comfortable and looks like new! He also fixed a leather tote for me - so I'm a very happy camper! Lev is honest, he knows what he's doing, and his rates are extremely affordable and reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend him - you cannot go wrong!

She is responsive, patient, detailed, and committed to the best customer care, including being fully transparent with timelines and "what to expect".
