They answered what they could immediately and called me back (had in person customers) to finish responding to my questions. The weekend before my appointment, they called to say they were able to move my appointment to the Sunday for my wife's actual birthday. I declined as we already scheduled other plans for the Sunday, but i did express my gratitude for them trying to accommodate the special occasion. For the spa visit, they were welcoming when we arrive and the massage specialists we had were excellent. They confirmed any body areas that needed special attention and then the appropriate amount of pressure. My wife also said she enjoyed her massage. It was a very good experience. This is not a good first impression, and it shows a lack of communication and consideration for clients' time.
