We popped them at the end of the night for clean up, so they would have lasted longer. If you're a DIY type of person, this is a very easy process; inflate, tie off balloon, tie a string/ribbon to the balloon, and voilà! Bunch them up or scatter them across the ceiling. The balloons are very festive and colorful. The guests and guest of honor always love it! Balloonit is always nice and friendly. Very easy process to rent and return.

After a quick google search and Yelp, I called Jennae from Party Pax. LIFE SAVER! From the beginning Party Pax was professional, and even had great vendors to help with characters/cakes/cookies. I used all her resources and the party was terrific. The process is simple. Order what you want, pick it up, set up for the party and return when you're done. If I would have bought all the decoration, I would have spent so much more money, plus I would have had to store the decor and I have no more room in the house (and you know I would have never used it again!). I was absolutely floored at the selections and quality of all of her settings. I ordered seating for 24 girls and 12 boys in 2 separate themes. It is literally the easiest thing ever to setup. Everything comes in very neatly packed boxes with an instruction sheet. The tables break down small enough to fit in a car as do the child sized chairs. As a man who wears jeans and t-shirts and has absolutely no sense of fashion or ability to put something like this together - it was a breeze. I also rented her red carpet roller and hilarious "Musical Princess throne" for my daughter which was a huge hit. I am sure Jennae changes the battery in that thing every rental! Super easy business to deal with - responsive and even accommodated a last minute add of an additional 12 settings I requested. Pickup and dropoff - easy. Repacking - easy. I first reached out to them on Oct. 21 on their website. When I didn't hear back a week later, I called them up on October 27th and was able to get ahold of Rita. I told her that I filled out the form on her website a few days ago but haven't heard back. She said they've been backed up so it's taking a while for them to get through all the requests. On the phone, I was able to get a quote from her for 100 clear Chiavari chairs for my La Jolla ceremony in February at $4.95/chair plus $200 in setup fee. I was very happy with the price and asked if she could send me a formal invoice. She said that she will do. Fast forward to November 16, I realized that it's been more than two weeks and I still haven't heard from Rita. I sent her an email to follow up and sent her another one a few days later when she didn't respond. I also called the business number twice and it's all gone to voicemail. This is just horrible business etiquette to ghost your potential customers and never respond to them again. Even if she's no longer available for my date or no longer want to take me on as a customer, she should have done the courtesy of writing me back to let me know. Instead, I've been waiting for a month for her to get back to me thinking that I have my ceremony chairs secured and now I have less than two months to find another vendor.

It made the whole process so much easier. We hired Sylvia for our daughter's 18th birthday party for about 25 people, and everything was perfect. They came early in the morning on the day of the event and set everything up, then came back about an hour before the party started with the food. Everything was right on time and looked amazing. The food was delicious as well, and we had plenty of leftovers. Not one complaint about the food, and these were 18-year-old girls, so that says a lot! We also had a photo booth and the telephone where the girls could leave private messages for the birthday girl. That was such a fun and special touch and ended up being one of my favorite things. At one point, the wind knocked over some of the photo booth decorations, and they came over right away and fixed everything without us even having to worry about it.
