Their excuse? "We don't know if you tanned or not." Which makes no sense. They definitely have monitors that track usage, and if it's an instant tan like they claim, it would have shown on my skin. I didn't want to argue because it was obvious they weren't interested in helping. To make it worse, I went into another amenity room and could clearly hear staff gossiping about customers, mutual friends, even their own coworkers. The ceilings are open, so nothing is private.
