I've been to the office several times for a follow ups updates or just hoping that the documents were complete each time I would arrive. I would wait a very long time other clients would be in there being serviced, but for whatever reason, my son and I never would get serviced. I was told several times to come back and I did so with each time no service is being rendered now we're in the month of June. I had to go to the office and request my son's documents back now. His taxes are late now he has a penalty and I'm very frustrated with Gloria in business. It doesn't matter what you have going on personally at the office is open. The next person should be able to assist any client that comes in however that's not the case in this location and for this reason, I will not be back. They itemized deductions when I told them we would have to go standard. They had itemizations that were completely made up. So I sent it back. They sent me a revised return that still had a refund. Again, I knew that was incorrect, almost fraudulent. I told them that I had no faith in their ability to do it correctly. I took my info elsewhere, had it done properly and wrote the check to irs for around $3000. Either this place is more interested in getting you a refund, correctly or not, or they don't know what they're doing. They actually expected me to pay them for a return that would have def been flagged. I don't need that hassle from irs. Unfortunately, they were recommended to me by someone. I advised that person not to go here again. Then yesterday I get an email bill for $300 after I told them they aren't getting anything. They said it's for their time. Very unprofessional.

There's a paid garage, but I was able to find a free street spot only a few blocks away, and there were meters surrounding the building which may save you a few bucks from the garage. I was able to get some delicious Hawaiian food across the street beforehand, and took a nice walk in the neighborhood afterwards. For a stressful tax errand, it ended up being the highlight of my weekend.
