We had massive tree trimming…read moreneeds after buying our house that had not had its trees trimmed in years - 9 trees total (2 palms, 4 olives, a pepper tree, and a few very large elms). From start to finish Robin was a pleasure to work with. She stopped by in person to evaluate the state of the trees and make great recommendations. She also took videos and took notes so she could relay her exact vision to her team that would be trimming the trees. Her team was also amazing. They cranked out this massive job in a single day and were super easy to work with and very efficient. Honestly couldn't believe how fast they worked and how great everything looks. At the end of the project the team shared pictures and spoke with Robin on the phone so she could ensure she was happy with how everything turned out. She even called out a few things that could be improved and they took care of it before they left. The cost was also very reasonable--and I check out 5 different vendors. They are a premium service that doesn't feel overpriced. I could not recommend Robin and her team more when it comes to tree/land services. Thank you again Robin and team!

    I would give zero stars to this scam company if I could…read more One of the biggest scam companies ever known. They do not care about anyone struggling. Their fees keep going up. I literally disconnect everything in my unit and my bill still is 100ish??? Like how? Tf? Oh and if you don't have funds to pay almost all amount due they will disconnect you and don't give no fks will leave you with no service till you pay. Literally! Even if you have been sending what you can monthly they don't give a fk. Robbery. Scam scam scam. How can we boycott them or get in a class action lawsuit?

    Paid bill via website (not autopay) 4/30/21, email 5/6/21 saying it was returned by my bank…read more(Chase). Email says I have to go in to pay by cash because of the number of returned payments. I have NO other returned payments and this was THEIR fault! Chase says NO request for money was received (ACH/electronic). SDGE says they're getting lots of calls, new system. Other wrong info about what to do, they "unlocked" my account, I deleted and added my bank info. Said it would then automatically go through. NOT! Called again (now have wasted 45 minutes due to their ineptitude), said I had to resubmit. I asked what if that doesn't go through, she said call again. I asked for a better way to get a human as the menuing system has NO option to speak to a person. She became a broken record saying I had to go through the menu system. DUH. HORRIBLE. I don't post a lot of reviews, but wish I could put a NEGATIVE 5 stars on this review.

    I just got a debt collection notice in the mail for over $800 from this company that I never signed…read moreup for. I called SDGE to see what's going on and they said that when I moved addresses, they didn't transfer this company's portion of the bill that they had forgiven, and it mounted up to $824. I never got a letter or a call letting me know that it wasn't transferred and then a year later I get a collections notice. I called this company and the rep just read her script! They actually have a script for this, which means they've done this to many people. Wow. Hopefully Trump shuts them down too!

    Updated 9/23 So…read morehere's the status. SDCP has forced the takeover of many people's electric bills, and it's no cheaper, no better. It should be cheaper, at the very least. We know that cost per kWH is cheaper with solar vs gas fired, or coal fired. So where are the savings. Non existent. Paired with the risk of changing a 20 year solar agreement with SDG&E, why would I ever take the "choice" of using SDCP? Old review 1/2022: I am an electric customer of San Diego. That makes me a defacto customer of SDCP. SDCP has written a letter indicating I need to OPT-OUT of changing my relationship with SDGE, effectively demanding that I pay them rather than SDG&E. This is unacceptable behavior. Customers are won, not taken, and I refuse to just ignore the situation and accept the default output. Until SDCP provides the terms of any new agreement exactly and in a legally binding way, any overtures of great service and good financial benefit, are meaningless.
