The selection of pottery and fine dishes, that are all made in Japan, was plentiful! I was on a…read moresearch for specific colored blue Japanese dishes to match my existing set and this store did not disappoint. I almost couldn't leave because there was so much to look at. These dishes are of high quality and are well worth the higher price you pay for it. Then there is the owner who was so kind and full of energy that we even chatted for a few minutes. He will be getting new inventory in April so we'll be back to shop some more.

I will need to leave at least a few hours of shopping time to return here again in the future to stock up on more crystals because the value is just worthwhile. So yes, if you're a fan of anything and everything purple, this is worth a stop whether you're looking for purple solids, a splash of purple woven in fabrics, or just generally want to look around. I ended up buying a Hawaiian dress, with purple flowers of course, and loved looking around the rest of the store's purses and stuffed animals, clothes and accessories, and Seal Beach souvenirs.
