The store is located in Malaga Cove shopping center which has a wonderful breakfast/lunch spot, coffee, deli, market and ice cream shop. This is a great place to get gifts for friends and family. They are very professional and helpful. They're very patient and answered all my questions when it came to taking care of my staghorn fern. I loved mine so much that I came back a few weeks later to pick up a second one. One of the best things about this place is their koi ponds! They have two inside! You can buy fish food for $3 and feed them at your leisure. It's perfect for kids. For those who own staghorn ferns, they also help with remounting them when they get too big but you'll need to contact them directly and see if the service is available.

While looking around the brunette haired lady saw someone she knew walking past the shop and enthusiastically stopped them to greet them. The other people were dressed very very nice, over hearing they came from a Bar Mitzvah. As I left I had to squeezed passed their conversation that took place in the entry way and apologized as I moved passed them. Such an awkward moment. Overall: What a beautiful store in a great location, it has so much potential. The customer service was great in the beginning but came to such an uncomfortable crashing halt with the feeling I was being a burden. I tried to come again the very next day, but they were closed. Maybe it was the way I was dressed (overalls, sneakers and a tanks top- casual, as you can see in the picture I took with the mirror). Maybe it was that I didn't find something immediately that I liked- that I was written off. Unfortunately I don't recommend, solely based on the customer service. Beautiful clothes but poor experience.
