This small friendly shop is located on the west side of Gaffey between 5th and 6th Streets next to VP gas station. While the shop is small, they carry an abundance of party items, flowers, and balloons. Their flower selection is impressive... roses, lilies, daisies, sweet peas, birds of paradise, and various greens. Staff is friendly and helpful, and can create a bouquet within minutes. Let me just say one thing. Efficient and beautiful! I originally went to a San Pedro flower shop called Estrella Flower Shop and ordered a flower crown for my mother's graduation. Unfortunately, they did not meet my standards considering how expensive the crown was, which was $75 for a wilted, torn, too big, with little to no flowers that accentuated outward. Moreover, the lady that helped me at Estrella was rude. With this being said, it was one day before my mother's graduation and I had no arrangement for her. I called Florecitas and the young lady was very helpful and patient. My brother and I asked a handful of questions and not once did she get frustrated like Estrella. At this point you can imagine we were anxious and hoping they can pull off a beautiful flower crown in one day. And THEY DID! It was exactly what I asked for. I ordered a crown with baby's breath, mini carnations, and greenery along side. The flowers accentuated outward like a authentic Hawaiian Haku Lei would. All of this ranging to around $35. If I could give this place NO STARS, I would! I bought a corsage for my brothers date for Pedro's homecoming last night, 10/08/16. I went to go pick it up, and I got some ugly ass, dead corsage. I advise the girl at the counter that I didn't pay $36 dollars for this. She plucked off the dead petals and advised me that I could either take it or leave it. She didn't even apologize or even give me some of my money back! I only took it because it was already late in the day and I wouldn't have nowhere else to go! I'm so disgusted by this service, I will NEVER take my business here again, and I will tell everyone I know, to never go to this place! It's. RIP OFF AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They do deliveries as well and I know they call you to open the door (that's what happened to me but I wasn't there) The employee was so nice that she just to told me to the roses up. I used them before and everything was fine and delivered on time, but for my daughter's graduation, I ordered a bunch of balloons. The special ones with the numbers didn't arrive. The driver offered to return with the numbered balloons. On her way up, 2 numbers popped and they were supposedly the last of their size. She offered to pay me back, but I needed exact cash for the transaction. Now mind you that I had prepaid in cash, had given a nice tip AND had paid twice more because we were considered out of their city limits - I was maybe 1/4 mile further but had to pay due to the higher priced zip code. She offered to either charge me more ($8 each) for larger numbers. I didn't want it at that point because I had already spent too much and not gotten the main thing I wanted. It was a disappointment, on top of that, the regular balloons deflated the next morning, leaving me wondering when they started fulfilling orders. The prices here are not even reasonable any more. read more

I was looking forward to getting balloons for a surprise party here, because they had been recommended by a friend. The day of the party they called me and asked what time I needed my order ready by, which irritated me because I told them when I ordered them the week before. They were supposed to be ready at 2pm. We get there at 2pm and not a single balloon is inflated and the girl can't find the order. I had 44 balloons that should have been ready. Their large 36" balloons were popping to which they said was not their fault...ok, but if the order had been ready at 2pm then we could have dealt with the situation better. I also got a "4" and "0" myler balloons which were completely deflated within the hour. DO NOT ORDER BALLOONS FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! read more

Great little place. They are always willing to do special requests. I have taken my own balloons And they have blown them up for me (at a fee). They also helped me with my baby Gender reveal balloons. I took in the note from my Dr, which he had wrote the gender of our baby on. I gave the girl the note and both pink and blue confetti and asked her to fill the balloon with the coinciding confetti. She even went the extra step to put the balloons In black bags so I didn't see the confetti color inside once we went into the sunlight. read more
