Long story short, a guy came out and said "here are some used balls, take them!" Little Skyler got 5 tennis balls for free!!!! It's just little things like that, that go a long way. He could have charged us $20 and we would have had to buy them. It's nice to experience that type of service especially with everything going on in the world today. Thank you guys so much! The teachers seem passionate and strong - they really challenge you, and I definitely feel like I am pushed to my max unlike at other studios. Plus the staff are really nice, and everyone seems to know each other. It is a really warm, welcoming, clean and awesome place - and very cost efficient. This is a hidden gem in DE and definitely worth a visit if looking for a challenging workout at a quality and unique studio.

My friend group with little ones brought our little families together and rented an airbnb for the holiday week which came with full access to the community amenities including this club. It was the Friday of July 4th weekend when we decided to head to the very crowded pool on a very hot day. We fortunately were able to get in although it was previously at capacity a few minutes prior but our little swimmers had a ball and so did we. They also had a kids splash pad on the other end of the pool in which we spent 3 hours after an hour in the pool and our little ones and ourselves had no idea time flew so quickly. So I guess the saying on time flying when you're having fun is accurate. The only drawback for the adults was the limited food options at the food stand. We found food but the options were very limited and we didn't have a quick option to anything else for lunch time. All in all a great vacay with our group of littles!

The entire deck area was rehabbed and replaced in 2010, so the whole place is looking fresher. Bathrooms and locker rooms are pretty much the same they have been for ~20 years. The rough is thick and lush as it should be. The 6th hole would be the signature hole for any course. From the whites 305 narrow fairway water on the left along the fairway onto an island green. Easy to walk, staff was real friendly and the pace of play is spot on. 1 1/2 hours. One critique, the sand traps need help but did not take way our enjoyment. We are here for a week and we already booked a few more rounds.

Nice location, walkable from many hotels, plus two full size 18 hole courses. That means that even when it's busy, it doesn't feel too crowded. The holes themselves were fun. Nothing too fancy or wild, but they did have some trick-shot greens, tunnels, and other slopes to keep you thinking. I even scored one hole in one! In the middle of the property is a big volcano. Probably twice an hour, it lights up, rumbles... but no worries. Nothing will erupt on you! Hot tip: Look for their coupon either in a local coupon book or on their social media page. They also match competitor coupons. We found a Buy 3, Get 1 Free deal, which was great for a family of four. Overall, this was a fun way to spend some time together without feeling like we were packed onto a mini golf course with everyone else. There are plenty of options in Ocean City, but Embers Island worked out ok for us. I might just try another next time.

I found it mostly easy to make par, but not so easy that it wasn't fun. The front desk people didn't have a helpful attitude (E.g. I asked if they had a bathroom, was told "yes," silence, and then I had to ask where it was to find out where it was). But we still had a great time. There are two courses, which are not clearly marked at the beginnings, but once you get on one you'll naturally follow that one until the end. The "volcano" is really just a "mountain" with waterfalls, no "lava."
