That is not a completed delivery. When I contacted the delivery company, OneRail, I spent over an hour getting the runaround. Instead of taking responsibility, I was met with rude, dismissive, and sarcastic customer service because I expected the driver to complete the delivery properly. The most disappointing part is that OneRail represents Lowe's. As the customer, I didn't choose OneRail--Lowe's did. When Lowe's contracts with a delivery company, customers reasonably expect that company to meet Lowe's standards for professionalism and service. This wasn't simply a late delivery. It was a complete breakdown in customer service from start to finish: nearly three hours late, delivery instructions ignored, my order abandoned at the end of my driveway, and no meaningful effort to correct the mistake. Lowe's needs to seriously reconsider its partnership with OneRail. Every failed OneRail delivery becomes a Lowe's customer experience, and that's exactly what happened here. If this is the level of service customers can expect from Lowe's delivery partner, people deserve to know before they pay for same-day delivery.
