Has good amount of stuff to spend your money on. Prices seem a little high. But they got what you need.

Continually pleased with my experience at Ferguson--whether it be as a homeowner or on behalf of my…read moredesign clients. Each time I walk through those doors, I am offered a warm welcome (and a life-sustaining coffee!) Not once have I felt I was a bother or like I was interrupting anyone's day, which is sadly not the case in all establishments. Aside from a pleasant experience, the team at Ferguson exceeds expectations with their in-depth product knowledge. I truly value the investment of continued education and how that information is then shared with me and my clients, equipping us to make the best selections with complete clarity. Where I feel Ferguson shines brightest is in their handling of any issue that may arise. When life inevitably throws a wrench, the true measure of service is how any wrinkle is addressed. The Ferguson staff has yet to disappoint, bending over backward to smooth any issue out whether it is their responsibility or not. With that in mind, shop at Ferguson with confidence that you are receiving the best service before and after your purchase!

I am extremely upset with this entire experience, and I've already shared my disappointment with…read moremultiple people and will continue to do so. It should never take months of back-and-forth just to receive appliances. After all that waiting, the presite technician showed up only to tell me that both the electrician and the kitchen designer did shotty work and that "they should know better." After waiting all this time, the presite appointment was not only unhelpful but completely inappropriate. Instead of reviewing the site professionally or offering solutions, the presite technician made dismissive and unprofessional comments, stating that the electrician and the kitchen designer did "shotty work" and that "they should know better." There was no attempt to work collaboratively or explain what was actually needed to move forward. The appointment felt more like blame-shifting than a productive step in the process. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable during this appointment. I was alone in my home, and the way I was spoken to felt condescending and dismissive. I genuinely felt that I was treated this way because I am a woman and was alone at the time. That is completely unacceptable and should never happen in a professional setting. When the installers finally arrived today, they were professional and courteous, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, during the installation, our vent hood was scratched. This is especially upsetting given how long we waited and how much this project has already cost us in time and stress. Now we are left dealing with additional repairs and coordination that should never have been our responsibility. Throughout this process, I reached out to the manager, Olivia, several times. I even contacted designers who said they would email her directly on my behalf. Not once did I hear from her. On top of that, in six months, we have never once heard from Malieka, who took our credit card information and then completely disappeared. There was no follow-up, no communication and no accountability. We are not wealthy people. We saved, planned and chose to invest our hard-earned money into a nice kitchen, and we trusted this company with that investment. After everything we've dealt with, I will never spend another dime here again, and I plan to make sure others know about this experience as well. If Olivia were a true manager, she would have listened, communicated, and addressed concerns. Instead, she did absolutely nothing. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had.

Greenbrier lighting at hilltop - Lamp Shades

What a great place for lamp repairs as well as purchasing a new lamp, chandelier or ceiling fan. I've had the two lamps, end tables & a coffee table since I graduated from college & moved to Atlanta in '71. Now defunct Rich's Department Stores in Atlanta sold quality furniture. My purchases from them have made it through my young single life in Atlanta, 2 husbands, a child, our move to Coastal Virginia, widowhood & a grandson. I was devastated the lamp had been damaged. The good news was that my electrician was coming the next day & I was sure he could repair it. It turned out to not be the case. He did tell me there were places that performed repairs like my lamp needed on older products. How could he call my precious lamp old? (: The search immediately began. Greenbrier Lighting at Hilltop appeared to be the best option. I called & the pleasant person who answered confirmed that they could do the repair. The store closed at 5:30. So I jumped in the car (figuratively) & headed to the store. The location is in a standalone building shared with another store. The site is on the north side of Laskin Road, west of the First Colonial intersection & adjacent to La Promenade shopping center. The store is inviting with window displays that beckon one to enter. Parking is ample & the area is clean and well lit. The counter person remembered me from my frantic call for help. The repair would only require a new socket. She indicated that there was a lamp repairman working as we spoke. So it was possible I could have the lamp back by the next day. I kissed my lamp "goodbye for the moment" and started to peruse the offerings in the store, which were beautiful. An entire section of boxed lighting was on sale due to overstock. Beautiful overhead fans & lamps were available at good prices. Plus.....the lamp shade section was filled with different sizes. I knew I had to return when I had more time. Dusk had settled in & I don't see well to drive at night. True to their word, I received a VM the next day while in a doctor's office in Norfolk. There was not time to return before closing. Sigh.... Today I couldn't wait to retrieve my lamp. When I arrived at the store I was delighted with the repair. The lamp now looks terrific & has a socket that's UL approved. But the big surprise was the bill. They only charged $25. The gentleman who waited on me even carried the lamp to my car because he said it was heavy. I can't wait to return and shop the large selection of lighting products. My plan is to also bring an inherited lamp that I would like repaired. Greenbrier Lighting at Hilltop is a fabulous place, not just repairs but also lighting fixtures, lamps & shades. I highly recommend.
